Supply of Water, Bed comfort were not upto the standard. Overall things and procedures are required to be inspected at a regular basis

This place is an absolute nightmare. The rooms are in a state of complete disrepair—dilapidated, filthy, and falling apart at the seams. The bed creaks with every movement, and the flooring and walls are cracked, dirty, and covered in layers of dust. To make matters worse, the drinking water comes in reused, cheap plastic bottles that are refilled from a questionable water cooler at the reception. This makes any claims of cleanliness a joke. The so-called “balcony access” is shared, offering no privacy whatsoever, with flimsy curtains doing a pathetic job of blocking the view. This isn’t just inconvenient; it’s a security and privacy risk. The rooms are tiny, leaving barely any space to walk, and the sheets are stained and hanging by a thread—literally. The AC unit is a complete joke, useless and loud, failing to cool the tiny room, a clear sign that maintenance is nonexistent. The bathroom, while somewhat spacious, is an insult to the concept of functionality. The toilet seat is broken, the flush doesn’t work, and even the geyser switch is broken. Dust coats every surface, from the TV cabinet to the side tables, making it clear that cleaning is not a priority here. And if you value peace and quiet, forget it—these rooms are paper-thin, letting in every sound from the lobby and beyond. Expect sleepless nights punctuated by rowdy parties in adjacent rooms, making your stay an exercise in frustration. To top it all off, the staff is utterly apathetic. Their careless, indifferent attitude only adds to the overwhelming feeling of neglect and mismanagement. Even with a low price tag, staying here is not worth a single penny.

The room didn't have even basic things like handwash/ towel in the washroom. The exhaust fan was not working. The booking was included with the breakfast but no breakfast was served because the kitchen were unserviceable. First the booking they received didn't have the information of breakfast included and later the person at the person at the reception said they will arrange the breakfast but in the morning only was available.

Hotel name and location are totally different, we have taken a hotel number from your tele caller executive no is 8168947437 but nobody attend the call after many ring, your executive is also try the same .. used Santry pad in the washroom

Wrost experience i ever had .... they charged me extra 2000 i booked with breakfast they literally denied to give breakfast please don't go in this hotel reception man has no sense of hospitality

Worst stay in my life

Worst experience with FabHotel (FabHotel Sphire83). Room was in horrible condition – broken bed, dirty floor, hair everywhere, very bad smell and extremely unhygienic washroom. The whole place was completely unhygienic and not maintained at all. Within a short time I had to check out because it was impossible to stay in such a dirty environment. Totally waste of money. FabHotels should seriously improve their standards, otherwise customers like me will never come back.
