Restaurant staff. Very friendly and helpful. We had a good night sleep after a long flight. Great WiFi. We had a short stay, leaving early in the morning.

Overall stay was good but they should have include more options in complimentary breakfast.

Stayed for 6 days ending 29/5/25 Very well behaved staff, prompt house keeping, good location, good rooms, the buffet breakfast is a great experience the chef is perfect with 5 to 6 dishes made to perfection. Will stay here whenever is required. .

Absolutely Disgusted – Do NOT Stay Here! Racist, Unprofessional, and Worst Service Ever! I had one of the most horrifying hotel experiences of my life at FabHotel Rivlet. We made a confirmed reservation and fully paid in advance. But the moment we arrived at the property, we were refused a room purely because we are from Nepal. Yes, you read that right – outright racism. There was no such restriction mentioned anywhere online, and they never reached out to inform us in advance. They happily took our money, waited until we arrived, and then denied us entry only after seeing our passports. Their staff was unapologetic, rude, and made no effort to resolve the situation. The management was equally pathetic – arrogant, unhelpful, and showed zero professionalism. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Discriminating against guests based on nationality is not just unethical, it’s disgusting. We were left stranded despite having a valid booking. Not only was our time and money wasted, but we also had to deal with the emotional stress of being treated like this in a foreign place. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this place. If you value decency, respect, and basic human dignity, do NOT stay at FabHotel Rivlet. They don’t deserve your money or trust.

The receptionist showed me the food order bill that I didnt ordered. Then he started misbehaving and wasted my time that caused me inconvenience. Moreover, I checked out at 6:45 AM but he updated it at 9:25 AM that too when I called him to update.

Toilet seat is not worthy of leaving the shit. Reception guy is stupid guy. No comb can be provided. AC was always at 30 degrees. Fab owner and hotel owner, paise to leliye tumne..par ye beimaani ke hain poore..pachenge nai..na employee ko na kisi aur ko...worst!! Sharam karo!!

Very rude and unprofessional people. They talk like Gunda. Food is very bad and not for human consumption. Stale food, bad smell. Rooms are full of mosquitos.
