No proper display for hotel name facing towards main road, it was difficult to identify the hotel at night

The towels were not even washed. they had weird smell and were dirty. the rooms were completely opposite of what was shown in the pictures. it was smelling bad and was not at all organized. the bed linen was torn and not even washed. it felt like a cheap boys pg room worth 200-300. not at all at the level of the price demanded

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

The ac was leaking the whole time, there was no way to lock the bathroom door because the lock was broken. and the staff was so careless that when we reached there at night, we had to wait for 45 minutes for them to come and open the gate because the bell was not working and nobody was picking up the phone. worst fabhotel ever.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.
