I am going to write good negative review on google as well. this hotel appears nice from outside but very poor inside. this is my second stay here. assuming first time i was put up in a basement with moving glass door. unsafe. this time i tried first floor. the bathroom fixtures are old, the staff behaviour is rude. bloody at 45c heat your receptionist says we cannot provide ro water, only you can purchase. when you purchase you get chilled water but complimentary water bottle is at room temperature! when i ask the other person at reception later for ro, he was good said sir we do provide very sheepishly as if owner will punish. i am a believer of sustainable living and reuse my own bottles or whenever i could and this is the first time in any hotel i was pushed to purchase. basement fixtures were leaking too last time. pathetic.
