My first experience was not very good with a fab hotel. I have booked an online and price fix on call with the fab online team, and when i reached the hotel, staff refused to accept that price and had a bad conversation among us. And fab hotel online support teams were also not supported. The washroom tap is also not properly working.

They have provided a room in basement and there was no mobile network, dampness/seepage odour, Fan was noisy and when I asked staff to change my room they were not helping in that. And when I contacted Fabhotels customer care they were worst than hotel staff no solution provided by them, showed bad behavior and he was saying I should talk to Airtel that why I am not getting network in hotel basement, seriously pathetic. when I booked the hotel directly from Fab hotel the representative told me I will get good clean room, clean towels and detail kit but nothing was available and later nobody helped. Then in the end I paid extra money to staff and got a premium room and that room was also not premium but better than previous one.

At first, they gave me a room with a super noisy fan; the noise was so bad I couldnt even sit there. After that, they moved me to another room where the bathroom flush wasn't working. Then, they gave me a third room where the AC was incredibly loud. To top it off, at checkout, they charged me double the MRP rate for a water bottle. Overall, this was the worst experience I have ever had at a property."
