Restaurant staff. Very friendly and helpful. We had a good night sleep after a long flight. Great WiFi. We had a short stay, leaving early in the morning.
It was a nice stay. Services were very gud. WiFi was easily accessible and have gud internet speed. The place is nice and calm. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are coming to Gurgaon.

Absolutely Disgusted – Do NOT Stay Here! Racist, Unprofessional, and Worst Service Ever! I had one of the most horrifying hotel experiences of my life at FabHotel Rivlet. We made a confirmed reservation and fully paid in advance. But the moment we arrived at the property, we were refused a room purely because we are from Nepal. Yes, you read that right – outright racism. There was no such restriction mentioned anywhere online, and they never reached out to inform us in advance. They happily took our money, waited until we arrived, and then denied us entry only after seeing our passports. Their staff was unapologetic, rude, and made no effort to resolve the situation. The management was equally pathetic – arrogant, unhelpful, and showed zero professionalism. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Discriminating against guests based on nationality is not just unethical, it’s disgusting. We were left stranded despite having a valid booking. Not only was our time and money wasted, but we also had to deal with the emotional stress of being treated like this in a foreign place. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this place. If you value decency, respect, and basic human dignity, do NOT stay at FabHotel Rivlet. They don’t deserve your money or trust.
After my trip to the Maldives, I had a transit stop in India and booked a room at this Fab Hotel. When we arrived, the staff showed us the room and everything seemed fine—until they saw our Nepali passports. Shockingly, they told us to leave immediately and refused to let us check in, despite having a valid booking. The hotel staff were extremely rude and blatantly discriminatory. I’ve never felt so humiliated. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly not just on the hotel, but on hospitality in general. I would strongly advise anyone—especially international travelers—not to stay here. Avoid this place at all costs.
Rooms not well maintained. No safety, All the rooms balcony doors are not closing. All the rooms balcony's are closed to each other any one from other room can enter our room. I checked other rooms all are same. No name board of the hotel, I was roaming in taxi for ten minutes searching for the hotel. Reception lady was very Rude and not accepting the door lock issue. Fabhotel should check and maintain the Quality of the hotel.
