It's hotel is very fabulous and the service there is very peacefully

This is a safe and ok place if you want to stay near sec 32 gurugram , as GST office and few industries are nearby. Neat and spacious room for the price you give. Manager is also very cooperative and are staffs. Only point is breakfast inclusions means they dont have buffet but they serve in room one item you chose from their list and a hot beverage , for more u need to pay. Overall its a good deal for the money you pay, atms are around, and auto rickshaws are also available after walking aprx 150-200m or else ola and uber .

I had a good stay at Fabhotel Emoji Stays. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The dining options were fantastic, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. I truly appreciated the seamless check-in and check-out process as well. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again!"

SUPERVISION is Lacking (in a major way), hence property going to shambles gradually. Person incharge in the Night (Anshul) is Amazing... Person in-charge in the morning needs to understand the Y of hospitality industry. He is sitting behind the desk but behaves like the Boss. Attitude of this kind puts the owners reputation at stake, which is also evident in the falling/downgrading of "Ratings" as well as the that of Property.

This place is an absolute nightmare. The rooms are in a state of complete disrepair—dilapidated, filthy, and falling apart at the seams. The bed creaks with every movement, and the flooring and walls are cracked, dirty, and covered in layers of dust. To make matters worse, the drinking water comes in reused, cheap plastic bottles that are refilled from a questionable water cooler at the reception. This makes any claims of cleanliness a joke. The so-called “balcony access” is shared, offering no privacy whatsoever, with flimsy curtains doing a pathetic job of blocking the view. This isn’t just inconvenient; it’s a security and privacy risk. The rooms are tiny, leaving barely any space to walk, and the sheets are stained and hanging by a thread—literally. The AC unit is a complete joke, useless and loud, failing to cool the tiny room, a clear sign that maintenance is nonexistent. The bathroom, while somewhat spacious, is an insult to the concept of functionality. The toilet seat is broken, the flush doesn’t work, and even the geyser switch is broken. Dust coats every surface, from the TV cabinet to the side tables, making it clear that cleaning is not a priority here. And if you value peace and quiet, forget it—these rooms are paper-thin, letting in every sound from the lobby and beyond. Expect sleepless nights punctuated by rowdy parties in adjacent rooms, making your stay an exercise in frustration. To top it all off, the staff is utterly apathetic. Their careless, indifferent attitude only adds to the overwhelming feeling of neglect and mismanagement. Even with a low price tag, staying here is not worth a single penny.

I regret to say that , I had booked the rooms via Fab Hotels which I always do , but this time there was the new hotel(Hotel Destiny Inn - Hotel in Sector 39, Gurgaon) they recommended me.But i regret to say that it was not up to the mark. I had asked the booking guy that I wanted the best hotel for my office staff. money was not an issue for me in front of my staff comfort. The worst parts of the room were not very basic and the electricity was fluctuating. so my staff refused to stay there. I have called the backend team of Fab hotel but they refused to give me a better hotel or any more good accommodation. I was helpless and at the end I booked another hotel for my office staff at night. So overall I am not happy at all with the service provided by FABHotels guys.

Dusty floor due to construction work happening in the hotel. Nice Staff. Very bad rooms dirty linen and many more. It's under renovation I hope it gets better soon.

Rude and extremely bad behaviour from reception guy. No fresh water bottles. Water bottles had been used before. They just filled old reused bottles with water. Wall paints are coming off. All toilet seats are broken. Towel had holes in it. Not clean door mat. Nearby room had people hurling abuses in loud voices, so it was very disturbing noisy stay. definitely I'd ask people to stay here. It is definitely unsafe for business people and definitely for women. Very very bad experience. please avoid if possible.
