Nice service. i had a stay for 3 days and 2 nights and it was a pleasant stay. good customer support and nice experience with value for money prices.

Not the kind of experience i wanted to go through, upon chec in the room was smelling as if it was not opened from long. dust was settled on the edges of the bed. i somehow managed to stay only for few hours and next morning i had to check in to some other hotel.

Worst behaviour of owner and staff. i booked online and when reached at hotel at night they denied mentioning they dont have room. when i asked them that they should have informed in such case then they started arguing. if they dont have room then why they accepted my booking earlier. avoid if you are going after office as they can deny your booking and will leave you in trouble.

Nice hotel....but one suggestion to hotel staff management and reception counter staaff some time please break your hotel policies rules and understand customers time and situation......in my cashe check in time after 9 right but we enter around 8 clock staff not provided me rooms before 9..and say me please sir give me extra 300 for checl in before 9 o'clock

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.
