Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Nice hotel....but one suggestion to hotel staff management and reception counter staaff some time please break your hotel policies rules and understand customers time and situation......in my cashe check in time after 9 right but we enter around 8 clock staff not provided me rooms before 9..and say me please sir give me extra 300 for checl in before 9 o'clock

Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. I am talking here about all the staff I interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. The informations receied were always correct and I felt safe. The room was comfortable and clean. Great value for the money.

Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. It was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. The bed was excellent quality, I slept well the whole trip. Also as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. Especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. Me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. Will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting Jaipur.

Misleading and Unsafe – Avoid FabHotel Wedding Hut at All Costs Our experience at FabHotel Wedding Hut was nothing short of a nightmare. The pictures on the website are completely misleading – the actual condition of the hotel is terrible. It was extremely dirty, with vomit in common areas, a strong foul smell, and a general lack of hygiene. The hotel is also highly unsafe. The person at the reception was unprofessional and inappropriate, watching adult content openly instead of attending to guests. This created an extremely uncomfortable environment, especially for families. To make things worse, the person who handled our booking (Abhinav) misled us completely, directing us to this awful property under false pretenses. Please be very careful and do your research before booking. This place is a scam and not worth the money or the stress.

Horrible Experience, not recommended First of all, hotel has changed it's name to "wedlock" but the same isn't mentioned on fabhotel or on Google maps Room provided is different from photo given on fabhotel app. Management provided me with a wet towel when I asked for a fresh one and shower was broken. When I asked for a new room, a key was given to me of a room that doesn't open. Staff didn't provide any solution and was rude. Please do not go here

Reception staff is pathetic. They charged us for extra bed but only provided mattress and on asking other bedding stuff they started to argue and gave us the logic that extra bed means only extra mattress not blanket and pillow. This is the worst property with worst staff. Rooms are not at all maintained. This is the worst property with very rude staff. If I had option I would have given them rating in negative this property is not even worth 1 star.

The AC was not working. Asked staff and he came after many phone calls.I had to personally go to reception and ask him to come. He lowered the temperature but looked like AC was broken. Gave up as it was already 12:00. The most hilarious thing was that they told that there would be a buffet in breakfast but it was only bread pakora with tea in a basement room, where not even a single fan was there.
