So nice staff and rooms

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities I could possibly need. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Room service was prompt, and the food quality exceeded expectations. The ambiance was peaceful and relaxing — perfect for a comfortable getaway. Overall, a truly delightful experience that I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for great hospitality and value for money.

This is a safe and ok place if you want to stay near sec 32 gurugram , as GST office and few industries are nearby. Neat and spacious room for the price you give. Manager is also very cooperative and are staffs. Only point is breakfast inclusions means they dont have buffet but they serve in room one item you chose from their list and a hot beverage , for more u need to pay. Overall its a good deal for the money you pay, atms are around, and auto rickshaws are also available after walking aprx 150-200m or else ola and uber .

Very bad hotel. No power through out the night and no accountability of the hotel and its staff. Very lame excuses.

I had a very poor experience during my 2-day stay at Emoji Hotel. On arrival, I was told that only one room was available, and to my shock, it was in a terrible condition. The walls were stained, even with paan spit, and a spider was crawling around trying to settle in. There were no keys to the room, and when I asked, the receptionist simply smiled and said the keys had been lost. The bedsheets were torn and looked very unhygienic. Overall, the entire stay was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. In my opinion, people should avoid staying at this property. It is neither maintained properly nor does it provide even the basic standards of cleanliness and hospitality expected from a hotel.
