Nice hotel in prime location. Rooms are good don’t fear on seeing the bad comments. Service needs to be improved slightly just to meet the standard otherwise overall good hotel for family with all the important locations is just 5-6km away. Staffs are friendly i opted for early check in and late check out and they agreed as there was availability of rooms.

A super comfortable hotel for both business or leisure. Well lit, spacious and very well maintained. Great breakfast.

Agent Himanshu was very supportive, hence 5 stars. Location is very much in market area and crowded traffic. The hotel manager was very clever and gave us the delux room initially even though the booking was for premium room. After I spoke with Himanshu, he guided to shift to premium room as per the booking. Be careful when anyone is visiting this hotel....

Pros: The check in was seamless. staffs are friendly and helpful full. the receptionist was very kind. we asked for hot water couple of time for our baby and they were kind enough to help us. the breakfast was included and it was fine. Cons: The location, The traffic noise is quite louder throughout day and night.

Staff is very friendly / warm they go beyond and helped us whatever special request we made they provided bespoke services.

We will never suggests anyone to stay in this hotel. Do believe photos in website. Room are not much clean. Its average. Staffs also. Paste and other toilets things will not provided by hotel. If you ask they will ask money for all the things. And early checkin charges are very high and the fab executive is gave different information. Please don't book hotel in FabHotel. If you fond any issued fab executive will not support.

We booked 5 rooms. The hotel initially gave us rooms on a dirty 1st floor—no AC, terrible smell, cockroaches, no cleaning. Despite repeated polite requests, management didn’t respond until two Telangana police officers intervened and got us clean 4th-floor rooms. No basic amenities were provided despite daily requests. Completely ruined our impression of Hyderabad. Booking IDs: H31IOP & IET1F8.

Worst experience, rooms are old and smells worst and toilets are rusted and unusable. Cost is too high for this kind of rooms and service they provided. And definitely not for couples. As there were roaming around on towels

The photos shown on website is not at all the reality. The bedsheets were not clean, washroom was extremely small and dingy. Even basic amenities like water bottles, etc were also not provided. Rooms were so dirty.
