This is worst experienced of hotel stay for me starting from day of booking, i have for booking for two nights 23 & 24... even person did booking for 25 also.... you can check my discussion with your representative happed on call during booking.... seconldy i have ask for twin bed coat ( two separate bed for two persons).... your representative confimed this that this hotel has twin bed....but there is no twin bed facilities at hotel,,,all this things you can check on call 3). hotel do not provide packed water bottle 4). hotel attenent always sleen and we need to get him up and he told us to come later. 5). no formalities to received customer... 6). non availability of twin bed is worts even confirmation from your team i request to check my telephone discussion and accept your mistake and give me refund. else i will go to grahak much for cheating against you

The tv was totally blur.there is not hot water facility. basic water bottle is not provided.

Absolutely lovely and helpful staff and facilities were good.the staff at the hotel main entrance are very helpful.a smile makes all the difference id say!
