We arrived late at night after a long and exhausting journey, only to be met with one of the worst hotel experiences imaginable. We paid for 2 rooms for 4 adults, yet the manager gave us only one room and expected all of us to adjust. This was completely unacceptable and a clear violation of what we had booked and paid for. The manager was extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. He assured us he would be available throughout the day, but instead shut down the reception, pulled the hotel shutter closed, and disappeared. Getting any assistance was nearly impossible, and whenever he answered the phone, he was dismissive and unhelpful. The room was in a pathetic condition: No telephone/intercom. No towels, soap, or basic washroom amenities. No drinking water, water bottles, or even glasses. Dirty bedsheets and poorly cleaned room. Unhygienic and filthy washroom. The situation became even worse in the morning when the hotel ran out of water completely. There was no water for bathing, washing up, or even basic use. To make matters worse, we had to go out at 5:00 AM searching for drinking water because the hotel couldn't provide even that basic necessity. For a hotel to fail at something as fundamental as providing water to its guests is simply unacceptable. This property should not be listed on any booking platform in its current state. The management seems to have no concern whatsoever for guest comfort, cleanliness, or basic hospitality standards. If MMT, OYO, or FabHotels have any quality control or accountability measures, they should immediately investigate this property and take strict action against both the hotel and its management. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. If there were an option to give zero stars, I would gladly choose it. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this hotel at all costs.
It was a very nice place. The staff approached people politely, and everything was safe and well maintained. Electricity, cleanliness, and facilities were all good. I recommend everyone to check out FabHotels — it’s one of the best.

Front desk people were not so polite. They hesitate to answer properly. No wash room for our driver. That was unexpected.
Rooms are not good and they are not cleaning well and building condition is not good with incomplete construction near windows and washrooms are terrible not having locks and water is not going fast at sink area
Entrance of the hotel days metro inn oyo. And we were searching for fab hotel brand name. Called the customer service no given in WA and they gave hotel no which no one picked up. No and no ventilation. All taps always hit water was coming. No towels soap and water bottle in the room for everything we had to ask. There was some issue with motor and. No water in the bathroom. All that we expect is atleast to. Give a bucket of water in the rooms which was not given inspite of multiple reminders. Overall a very bad stay experience
No power backup. Power cut in early morning 3AM to 6AM. We were forced to freshup in darkness, as we had to catch flight. Terrible experience. Never ever recommend fabhotel to anyone and i will complain to all travel portals to delist. Staff behavior is pathetic. I was forced to bring luggage through stepa from 2nd floor due to no power in lift.
We have booked rooms in this hotel for five days. Today we will check in. I will update the review based on the experience. Update: No WiFi, breakfast is arranged from outside without tea, only one water bottle per room with two occupants. Worst than expected. If someone is reading this review, you can rectify the issues as we will be staying here for four more days. My advice to those who are planning to book here: don't get cheated by their ads, all are fake, book some good hotels
Worst hotel experience of my life This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The maintenance is extremely poor—rooms were not properly cleaned, fittings were broken, and basic upkeep was clearly ignored. Although the reception area looked good, the receptionist was highly unprofessional, lacking basic courtesy and professionalism expected in the hospitality industry. The staff overall was unhelpful and uninterested in resolving issues. Complaints were either delayed or completely ignored. The ambience was very unpleasant, giving a clear feeling of neglect and discomfort throughout the stay. It was definitely not worth the money. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel until serious improvements are made in maintenance, staff behavior, and guest service.
