It's a little far from city centre . No kitchen is available They provide breakfast in plastic bag ... So if one wants to stay without breakfast it's an ok place to stay. But if you are staying with family the basic arrangement are lacking.
At the time of booking, site says daily cleaning. However, it was not done even at alternate days. Water bottles were generally not available and had to carry by self. Stayed there for 11 nights, very pathetic experience.
Additionally, there was no proper door lock. When I informed the staff, they told me to lock the door from inside using the key, which felt unsafe. They also charged me around 500 for extending my stay by just two hours and refused to provide an invoice even after I requested it. Overall, the experience was unpleasant and not worth the money. Basic hygiene and service standards need to be seriously improved.
If zero star, than I have given zero star. Bedsheets were worn out dirty. Room was smelling. No water in bathroom. Spider web and cockroaches are guest before you. No tea facility. No one to take your luggage.
