The staff was very nice and they were very polite..... the room was awesome neat and clean.....every facility was there like at home. i must say everyone please go there....its really nice location and easy to reach. and its in under reasonable price.

_avoid this hotel at all costs!_ i had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and it was an unmitigated disaster. the lack of basic amenities was staggering. there was no hair oil, no bathroom essentials, and no water in the bathroom. to add insult to injury, there was no drinking water available either. but that's not all - the mattresses were stinking and clearly hadn't been cleaned in ages. it was like sleeping on a petri dish. and if you think it can't get worse, think again. they have the audacity to charge you the full amount at check-in time, so you're stuck with no recourse. oh, and they advertise a "free breakfast", but don't be fooled. you're only allowed to choose one item from the menu, effectively making it not free at all. what kind of hotel does that? it's just another way for them to nickel-and-dime you. do not, i repeat, do not waste your money on this dump. it's a health hazard and a rip-off. go anywhere else, literally anywhere else, and you'll be better off. zero stars, would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I would have been better off staying in a guest house than at this hotel. they took full payment in advance at check-in, and that's when their scams began. under the guise of free breakfast, only one dish is actually free; everything else is chargeable. the smell inside the room is no better than that of a sewer. the condition of the toilet is even worse. i deeply regret making an advance payment and checking in without inspecting the place first.

The hotel's airport shuttle service was convenient. it took away the stress of arranging transportation.

The hotel's commitment to safety during these times is commendable. i felt secure throughout my stay.
