There staff is extremely polite and highly cultured upto the mark. I really loved the food they served. Room were really neat & clean. Will definitely visit the property again

The air conditioning worked perfectly.. and the air was fresh and clean.. even though there are no windows in the room.

Location was good , infrastructure was wonderful, facilities provided were excellent , breakfast provided was good.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

Check in was painless. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Staff is friendly. Very courteous.

Rooms were not clean. Sheets were not changed it seemed as it had human hair on them. There were small cockroaches roaming in the room. Though there is a resturant at the first floor room service is not available. Washroom was also not clean and the shower head was broken, it felt like pipe laga ke maha rahe hain.
