"The room was very small, and we checkout the next day after checking in as my partner couldnt even bear the smell and lack of cleanliness in the room. I couldnt even give 1 star itself!!! Looks like i wont even try fabhotels anymore!! Not even worth thr money!!! No proper cleaning!! The waste bin was still filled with even condom wraps,lot of dust, bathroom and room stinks, no proper airconditioning, i wont even prefer this to anyone and this is not even worth 1000rupees per night!! The worst stay i ever had in my life!!"

And hotel staff told me yesterday they was informed the fab that please update the picture of deluxe rooms. Seriously humbug with me at recent stay. About the breakfast one tea and 2 bread slices that's all. In 2000 rs deluxe amount paid."

"The hotel room was rat infested. The area behind the curtain was covered with rat poop (see attached pic). I changed the room 3 times. The rooms were badly maintained - dust underneath the bed was not cleaned at all, the AC filters were dirty, and the bathroom fixtures all have leakages or broken pipes. I had to stay because of my work closeby. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Its better to pay a bit more and find other options for stay. I'll post pictures regarding these problems i faced. I even have a video clip of the rat that was found in my room. The hotel staff were insensitive and untrained."

"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."
