How to Reach Chakala
The locality is just about 2 km away from Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, which makes it very easy for travellers to reach their hotels from the airport using cabs or airport bus services. The area is served by two metro stations that are located within 2 km radius of the neighbourhood, namely Western Express Highway Metro Station and Chakala (J.B. Nagar) Metro Station. You can board trains from either of these stations to access some of the major localities in the MMR, including Versova, Andheri, and Ghatkopar. Direct BEST buses are also available for local transportation, connecting the neighbourhood with all major parts of the city.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

The room was clean. The surroundings and the hygiene was also good at the hotel. Staff was courteous and was quick to resolve any query. Location is perfect if anyone wants to visit here in its full pride. Perfect location, where everything is less than 10KM's away.

Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. It was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. The bed was excellent quality, I slept well the whole trip. Also as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable.

We stayed here to attend marriage in family on 27th Nov 2023 and were impressed with Front desk team who go out of way to extend help. Well maintained rooms and nice spread for breakfast. We certainly would like to stay again during our next trip.

Fabhotels tried to give me some other hotel instead of the one I booked. When I finally called them more than 6 times, they picked up once and told me that I can have the room I booked. The water in the bathroom was completely yellow, like it was mixed with sewer water. The towel which I had to ask for as they did not provide it earlier had so many lints. There was nothing available in the bathroom except small soap.
