The place was previously known as Glamour Hotel and eventually they still operate a part of the hotel with the same name for their old aquaintance.The place looks good after renovation and a tie up with Fab Hotels.If someone can omit the site of passage till the staircase it's a very good place to stay if you are travelling for work.Kandivali station is just few steps walking.The staffs are still a little direction less,but the room boy in the morning shift was really great and extremely curtious.Unfortunately I didn't ask for his name but my humble gratitude towards that guy,he ran twice to the Kitchen to ensure that I get hot parathas for my breakfast.Altogether a very good experience and if I have to visit Kandivali again I will stay at this hotel only.

When we checked in, the toiletries as promised were not provided and we had to ask for it, after which the staff gave us shampoo and soaps. The bathroom and room floors were sticky, and we had to ask the staff to clean it for us. The wifi password was not shared with us as they 'could not generate the pin'. For breakfast, there was no veg option available, and despite being promised a free breakfast, we had to order it from outside. The staff did not comply with our requests promptly and we were made to repeat our requests each time, nor was the attitude welcoming and hospitable. The shower in the bathroom was also not working as it should and the water in the flush was so limited that we had to flush twice at an interval of ten minutes for one time cleaning. One of the worst experience of my life. Fabhotel didn't provide correct invoice. They included 18% GST instead of 12% GST. I would say not to book any hotels using FabHotel. Worst platform to book any hotel.

This hotel does not deserve single star as well. I booked premium room but I was given executive room instead of it. Also the services is worst, when you will inform at the reception there wont be any prompt reply. They are not even maintaining basic hygiene checks, there was a leakage in the basin which will make your leg wet and dirty. Just not these even in washroom flush was not working. I paid extra for breakfast, in name of breakfast what do they serve? Just a small glass of tea, single banana and misal with 2 pav. And worst part is when you ask for them to give you more they will say "its chargeable". I asked for water, the one sitting on reception said you will find the filter here and you can fill it. Usually to contact on reception one will use intercom right? There intercom was not working so whenever you will call on reception a person will knock at the door and asking us the same thing which you have already asked while calling. After all this even you will talk to reception there wont be a single help, I was suggested to drop the mail on "feedback@fabhotels.com", I have drop the mails since very long no one is bother to reply. I drop the mail asking for the refund, I spend 4200 INR against which they said they will refund 500 INR. And later when I asked them you refund it there is no reply from them. "I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST DO NOT BOOK ANY PROPERTY OF FAB. THEY ARE JUST FOOLING THE USER. MY ENTIRE TRIP WAS RUINED BECAUSE OF THEM AND IF YOU DONT WANT TO RUIN YOURS DO NOT BOOK"

We booked for tonight and the room was not upto the mark , and they were charging quait haigh, room Full of dusty, every were hair's, dampness in the rooms, the pillows and bedsheets were full mostirure, wash basin tap and shower handle is not working, bathroom is not cleaned, broken tiles and stinking, overall it was horrible experience.

I booked this hotel via MakeMyTrip, expecting a decent stay based on their listing, but it turned out to be a nightmare. 1. No Parking Facility: The listing clearly mentioned parking would be available, but upon arrival, there was none. We had to pay extra to park our car in another society, which left us constantly worried about its safety. 2. Faulty Room Door Lock: The room door had a faulty lock that would often jam for no reason. Even the reception staff couldn't fix it, leaving us frustrated and feeling insecure. 3. Terrible Breakfast: The breakfast provided was beyond pathetic. Instead of a proper breakfast as promised, we were given a poorly prepared misal pav, which was not worth the money at all. 4. Chaotic Location: The hotel is located in a chaotic and unpleasant area, making it far from a peaceful stay. 5. Subpar Amenities: There was no soap in the room, and the quality of amenities was extremely poor. The photographs on MakeMyTrip were completely misleading – the actual hotel is tiny and disappointing. Overall, this was one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced. If there was an option to give zero stars, I would, as it doesn’t deserve even one. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this hotel at all costs!

Worst Hotel seen in my life. Worsen were Customer care executives of Fab Hotels. It was my biggest mistake to booking with #fabhotels . Early checkin - 500 rs extra for 2 hours. 1. TV not Working 2. Room is Stinky 3. Blanket / Bedsheets are not dried and stinky. 4. Top on that they charged 500 rs extra for early checkin. (Ok with that provided the stay had comfortable.) 5. In the name of breakfast its 1 butter bread with tea. 6. Size is smaller than you think. 7. Price - 2400 rs per night (Huge) + 500 rs for 2 hour early chekin. (Looting) Customer care executives are worsen, they thrashed guests. So arrogant, rude and abusing. They say, Do whatever you want to do we are like this only. Had to leave hotel in between as couldn't bear more. Asked them to refung but they did not accept saying once booked, it can't be canceled. Fanky websites but Fake Services. Never ever will book again by fabhotels.

Never going to book a fabhotel ever again because- 1. The bathroom sink kept overflowing. 2. Service was not upto the mark. They were not addressing our complaints to the point where I had to escalate to customer care. 3. No toiletries provided. 4. TV stopped working 12 times. Wasn't available for almost 2 days. 5. Cockroaches in bathroom. 6. Blankets and bedsheets were worn out and unwashed. 7. WiFi wasn't working for few hrs and signal was horrible. 8. Management of this hotel is a disaster. 9. Only good thing was the doorman who greeted and helped with luggage. 10. Food was disgusting. had to order from swiggy all the time. 11. Please please clean under the bed.. there were insects breeding there. All this being said,. I hope I never find a hotel like this again. Waste of money.
