It's a new hotel to stay very very clean, PALM GROVE was within distance to places I need to go. It's on a main LAL BAHADUR SHASTRI MARG of Mumbai , quite easy to miss, the service was really . Options on breakfast could be a lot better though. The bathroom was clean and the toilet was big and spotlessly clean. The shower head was also big and water force was amazing. Wifi was amazingly fast too and the tv was linked to internet and working well.
Breakfast/room/cleanliness - nice place to relax after facing the heat. Given that India is not a country you can walk around easily after a day tour, this hotel is recommended to spend a rest of the day!
Can't say if I really felt anything bad. My experience was superb. Awesome food and very quick room service. Everything was too good. Staff was very supportive and cooperative.
Friendly staff, lovely clean room, excellent location, highly recommeded
From the moment i arrived till check out, all the staff were fantastic.
I stayed at FabHotels 7 Square, BKC for a day (9th10th April) and had a largely positive experience. Pros: Spacious, elegant rooms with a pleasing ambiencevery comfortable for a short stay. Exceptional service: Supervisors, managers, and staff were extremely helpful and ensured seamless hospitality. Cons: Terrible location: Hard to access and inconvenient. Restaurant issue: As a vegetarian, I was uncomfortable dining in-house since they use the same vessels for veg and non-veg food. TV malfunction: Took 30 minutes to replace the set-top box after check-in. Missing essentials: Only one towel and soap were provided for a couplehad to request extras. No tea/coffee maker in the room; had to order at extra cost before 8 AM for breakfast. Verdict: A good, comfortable stay with minor service gaps. Ideal if you prioritize room quality over location.
Hotel was in good location, well connected to the nearby market. Food and decent, ordered from outside ocassionally.
The room was too small, washroom was soo small, cant even wash your hand in the washbasin that and required some dusting. Apart from that everything was decent
Very less water was coming in the tap and was choking up in the bathroom. Staff is like : it's like that only. Rooms were very small and nothing like shown in the images. Have been staying in Fabhotels for more than a year. This was worst kind of experience. Ac comforter is not provided in the rooms. The blankets being provided have weird smell. Overall not at all suggested place to stay if you don't want to ruin your experience. @fabhotels - it's like cheap Oyo hotel, not worth of 1500 bucks. Check it and .
There are lot of cockroaches inside the washroom and in the room and there are left over cigarette in the washroom. Since there no exhaust or ventilation, it smells too bad and the location is not up to the mark for the price. Entire rooms smells cigarette. Worst stay overall
