Not so good room was very small , initially before booking show big room with delux room facilities but during check in , totally opposite to words before booking , worst experience

Third class, i booked deluxe room and i have reached at night at 2 am and they’ve cheated and given me normal room while i have booked deluxe and while deluxe was already accommodated to someone else, fraudulent, stay away, if possible i need my complete refund.

Very bad experience with hotel stay. no kitchen, no food service, no cleaning, bedsheet and blanket with strains, bad smell rooms, bedsheet with cigarette burn holes, stinking room, uncleaned room and dirty bathroom. i had booking for two days but left the hotel after 6 hours only.

We booked this hotel via the platform “booking” for 3 night stay in mumbai. before booking the reviews that i could find were good and the location was very central so i decided to take it, but when we arrived we found a building in which in each floor was a different hotel. our hotel was on the third floor, we carried the luggage the whole way up, since you don’t get any help. then we found a hotel with 10 rooms and no windows, the room and bathroom were very dirty, we immediately asked if we could cancel and get a refund but it was not possible so we decided to stay. it was a very bad experience, we were unsafe and uncomfortable and outside the hotel in the building there were rats since it’s an old construction. it says that breakfast is included but there’s no restaurant inside. after two night we decided to leave to another hotel, because we were concerned for our health. unfortunately everything regarding this property was a very poor experience.
