Though stayed for two hours only here as I had a flight from Mumbai to catch but hotel seemed to be pretty decent . Room was enough spacious for comfortable stay and rest and washroom was sparkling clean Location is just adjacent to saki naka metro station and very near to cst airport.. Attitude and mannerism of hotel staff was very polite and supportive. Only issue was since ongoing painting of walls is being going so complete fragrance in hotel was coming of newly applied paint only which was sort of unwelcoming to me..Hope that issue will not be there next time I am there in this hotel . Also didn't tried the food of the hotel so can not comment on the availability and quality of food in the hotel..
I booked it from Fab hotels, firstly they committed us that we will get 3 person bed or double bed and single bed, I booked it from them with the help of Roshni Rai, later when we reached the hotel they provide us ony double bed, we were three friends, one was sleeping on the floor throughout our 3 night journey in Mumbai, when we called Her she was picking the call and after doing 10-15 calls, she picked and give the phone to her manager or something, he talked very rudely with me and hang up my call. Thanks I will not recommend this
Room was very small (around 80 sqft). Breakfast was included but not provided saying Eid is not a valid excuse. Water pressure in the toilet was extremely low, and the exhaust fan was very noisy. No window is acceptable, but ventilation was still poor.
This was honestly the worst stay I have ever experienced. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, and for just two hours of early check in they charged us for a full extra day, which we paid because we had no option. The room they gave us was in terrible condition. The furniture was broken, everything was dusty, and there were cockroaches, even inside the pillow. We immediately complained. The caretaker came to see the room and, after looking at everything, told us that the solution was to switch off the lights at night so the cockroaches would not come out. That was the only advice he gave. There was no proper cleaning, no apology, and no effort to fix the problem. When we asked to change the room, they refused at first. After making multiple complaints through MMT, they finally agreed to shift us. Unfortunately, the second room was no better. It was just as dirty and had the same cockroach issue. We had booked this hotel for four days, but staying there even for one night felt impossible. Since no real solution was provided, we had no choice but to leave the hotel immediately. They did not refund us for the remaining three days and were rude and uncooperative during checkout. This hotel shows no concern for cleanliness or basic hospitality. I would strongly advise others not to stay here unless they are prepared to deal with unhygienic rooms and very poor service.
We booked this hotel the day of our stay and called that night to confirm our arrival and our rooms. When we arrived at 3am, they made us pay 2000rupees over the rate that was stated by booking.com and later said that is was tax. Then I heard the guy laugh and say to his friend in Hindi something like 2 deluxe rooms and exhibition. We were there for a business exhibition. He then explains that unfortunately due to an error our rooms are not available, so he will have to put me and my colleague in a shared room, despite that fact we booked two rooms. The error was obviously that he had sold our two rooms to someone else that had come and wanted to make more money. This was of course after we’d paid, so obviously he wasn’t going to give us any money back for this, despite us asking and having paid for two rooms and him only being able to give us one. But he said that we shouldn’t worry and he’d give us the two rooms we’d paid for in the morning at 8am, his attitude this whole time was very slimy. Me and my colleague go up to the shared room that we were given, and it’s very disgusting, not been cleaned at all, no pillowcases on the pillows, cockroaches, holes in bedsheet, and it smelled very bad like a mixture of cigarettes and faeces. But I thought well we should be moving rooms tomorrow morning we’ll just stay here a couple hours. I woke up the next day with bites all over my face as if there were bed bugs or maybe mosquitoes. We went to the front desk at 10:30am, and they said the rooms are not free and that they are ‘sorry’ but they will be free soon, blaming it then on an electrical issue in some of the rooms. We had to leave for an event and when we came back again they were not free, and he said they will be free at 9pm, we went down at 9pm and of course they were not free. We also heard a family with small children arrive then and also arguing with the front desk about the same issue, they had booked two rooms online and the hotel couldn’t not give them these rooms. So we had to share the horrible room for another night. The next morning we spoke to the guy and he had the rooms for us, and we kindly asked for a refund for part of what we had paid as we paid for two rooms but only got one. He then tried to gaslight us and say ‘oh but your rooms were ready yesterday at 1pm but you were not here so we had to give them away’, clearly a lie but also saying that he expected us to wait at the hotel all day for the rooms, and lying saying they didn’t have my contact number when I had already been messaging them. So they refused to give us any money back. We later also found out that they had marked us as a no show on booking.com, which effectively cancels our booking, we think this is due to them trying to avoid commission fees, or not having to own up to their mistakes maybe. To conclude I understand that it is a budget hotel and we shouldn’t expect a lot, but I do not expect to be overcharged, or to not get the rooms we had reserved, and I don’t expect to be lied to or manipulated, so that they can make more money, as they knew there was an exhibition so they were doing everything they could to make money off as many people as possible. Also included in our booking was breakfast, we didn’t hear any mention of this, and this was not offered.
Very bad experience, rooms were very dirty, there were lot of cockroaches roaming here and there. Bathrooms were stinky and shower jet were leaking. There was no towels or basic toiletries in the bathroom. Pictures shown online were completely different from what we got. Also they denied to refund when we asked for cancellation.
Extremely pathetic. We got scammed by booking this hotel. We left after 15 minutes despite paying the full amount for two days. They even denied refund. Never booking through Fab Hotels
This looks like a nice hotel from pictures but when you actually go there you find out it’s extremely gettho , the walls of the room were stained , no hot water , disgusting sink , we couldn’t sleep well with all the noise from rats running around in the celing interior and theres practically 0 sound damping you can hear people talking from other rooms and even the reception . The only positive thing about the hotel is that its close to the airport. If youre traveling with family i suggest spend some more and get a better hotel than this .
The room is so suffocating that it is impossible to breathe. These people can almost be called scammers because the pictures they uploaded are deluding. There is mould so bad, it is very tough to breathe well. I think one should atleast be able to breathe freely in INR 2.5k+. The entire hotel stinks lot and the locality is weird. Bunch of uncles and random men sit outside the hotel on chairs in a line, nobody has apparently told them that it is weird to do so. The room has seelan and
I stopped booking hotel when i see a name fabhotel along with that. but this time i did that mistake again because it was under make my trip. after reaching the hotel they asked for extra 500 to check in and we had only four hours left to sleep for our next flight. and no option to choose another so we checked in so atleast we can bath. worst location worst place to stay
