we have include commendations on staff attentiveness, well-maintained facilities, and convenient locations. '' the rooms were very comfortable" "The front desk staff is exceptionally helpful and accommodating". "The room are well equipped and comfortable".
Lot of staff noise at night
Upon checking in the room, the bedsheet was filthy, dirty and full of hair. It means after the last check out it was not even cleaned, forget replacement of bed sheet. Just because I had checked in at 2 am I had no option otherwise I would have gone to some other place. The floor was also full of hair. It was nothing short of a super infection zone. You should stop playing with health of your customers. Shame on you
Mixed Experience – Helpful Staff but Unjustified Extra Charges We recently stayed at Hotel Prakash Inn after a long 700 km journey from the South. While the hotel itself was decent and the service boys were extremely helpful—especially Mohsin, who went out of his way to assist us throughout our stay—our experience started off on a sour note. Upon arrival, we were charged ₹500 extra per room for an early check-in, even though the owner wasn’t around and it was the receptionist’s decision. Despite explaining our exhaustion from traveling such a long distance, the receptionist insisted on the charge. We paid it simply because we were too tired to argue further. Other than that, the stay was comfortable, and the staff (apart from the receptionist) were courteous and attentive. I would recommend the hotel for its service team, but management should reconsider how they handle early check-ins, especially for guests arriving after long journeys. The hotel Rooms need a bit of paint and the new linens or washed linens every time for a new check in
Worst ever stay in my life. Face lots of problems like leakage from roof, no water from Tap, no hygiene maintain, mini oyo you can. I will never ever recommend this hotel to any one
On 6th of August I have booked 4 rooms at the hotel and the rooms were so terrible that we can't stay. All the bedsheets were torn , Ac aren't working Leaking of water From Ac, Washroom smell was that terrible we can't use it, The roof was in so bad situation that color was removed, and the smell in the rooms were so bad that can't live and the behavior of staff was so rude.
The photo attached was the room I stayed which has got damaged while sleeping. The maintenance of the rooms were very worst and service was not proper. The water was very dirty. Due to bad quality, I asked for refund but no response. They didn't even gave any compensation for this issue. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The room was filthy and smelly. The room was not as shown in the picture. The room was very small and without ventilation. The exhaust valve in the bathroom was not working properly. There were cockroaches in the room.
hey, this is Dr. Rashed. first of all, i booked for 2days from booking.com and sent them request for early checkin. they agreed. i reached and they tried to convince me for 1 day extra payment. next day the manager took my phone from me forcefully and cancelled the booking and forced me to pay for 3 days and gave me excuse of booking.com. which was baseless as im using this app for 3yrs. Infront of the hotel is muddy and construction working going on. so you can't even enter properly. no proper car parking was available. this hotel has 4 different names on booking.com, agoda, trip com and other platforms. so be careful. they uploaded some edited photos that fooled me. this hotel is actually running on call girls and giving rent hourly for couples to do sex. it was really scary when i saw little boys and girls are coming for check-in. prostitutes come here with their brokers so anytime police can raid this place and also can harass you even if youre clean. bathroom was so dirty, no geyser. tiles were dirty. tv, wifi dont work properly. breakfast was like: tl5 rupees tea, 2 half sliced bread with butter of 1ounce. gave me one water bottle and took price of 2. no room cleaners came during my 2 days of staying. i will not recommend this property definitely to foreigners even not for 1 night also. DO NOT BOOK this hotel named on platforms like hotel airport international/hotel the adore palace. no spa and no swimming pool was there. its just a brothel place nothing else. already I filed a complaint to Mumbai police and also to the high commission and they replied me that necessary steps will be taken soon. thanks.
Extremely disappointing stay. Bed is very hard. Bed spread was not washed properly. There were holes in the bedspread looked like moth-eaten. Initially, I was given Room No. 104. After an hour, I found that the TV was not working. I was offered a change of room to 303. At least Room No. 104 had a small working table. There was no working table at all in 303. Floor not cleaned properly; felt sticky. Only two plug points in the whole room, one of which was not working.
