Nice stay in hotel value for money nice staff
I like the rooms plus fod the vibe was also great. It was as expected experience.
Rooms were near and clean as well as the room was cleaned with the sheets being changed everyday. They also provide 2 500 ml bisleri bottles everyday post cleaning the rooms. 950 metres from Saki Naka Metro Station and by Rickshaw it's 23 rupees fare. Don't let locals fool you by asking 40-50 rupees or more. The Hotel is located right opposite the Bright Petrol pump. I would like to specially mention the Hotel front desk Manager : "RAVI" who was very respectful and polite as well as welcoming, not like the other manager. Cleaning Staff is also very helpful and kind as well as provide quick assistance in anything. Food is quite good and not of too expensive. Even the bathroom fittings are of Jaguar company. No medical store nearby so kindly pack the required supplies as required. Had a pleasant experience and might Visit again.
Mixed Experience – Helpful Staff but Unjustified Extra Charges We recently stayed at Hotel Prakash Inn after a long 700 km journey from the South. While the hotel itself was decent and the service boys were extremely helpful—especially Mohsin, who went out of his way to assist us throughout our stay—our experience started off on a sour note. Upon arrival, we were charged ₹500 extra per room for an early check-in, even though the owner wasn’t around and it was the receptionist’s decision. Despite explaining our exhaustion from traveling such a long distance, the receptionist insisted on the charge. We paid it simply because we were too tired to argue further. Other than that, the stay was comfortable, and the staff (apart from the receptionist) were courteous and attentive. I would recommend the hotel for its service team, but management should reconsider how they handle early check-ins, especially for guests arriving after long journeys. The hotel Rooms need a bit of paint and the new linens or washed linens every time for a new check in
Extremely pathetic. We got scammed by booking this hotel. We left after 15 minutes despite paying the full amount for two days. They even denied refund. Never booking through Fab Hotels

Worst hotel
I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful, which set a negative tone right from the start. The room conditions were unacceptable, the bedsheet was torn and the pillow covers were dirty, making it feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. For the price charged, I expected at least basic cleanliness and courtesy, neither of which were provided. Definitely not recommended, and I would advise others to look for better options nearby.
I didn’t stay at this hotel in spite of having a confirmed booking - I tried to contact the hotel many times and received no response, as an international citizen I wasn’t able to pay their deposit but absolutely required the room so persisted to contact them to find a solution (having travelled India for 5 months I’ve done this smoothly many times). When I finally got through to someone, I was told that as per my reservation on booking.com, he could see it was confirmed, but went on to say the hotel was fully booked - fortunately I discovered this just before boarding a flight to Mumbai and was able to very quickly book a different and reliable hotel, thankfully not getting transport in the middle of the night to a place that would turn me away as a solo female traveller in Mumbai in between two days of solid travel. Customer service is appalling and I will steer well clear of this ‘Fab’ hotel brand and encourage others to do the same. The location isn’t where it claims to be either.
I recently stayed at a Fab Hotel and was quite disappointed with their breakfast service. Even though breakfast was included in my package, I was told I had to inform them in advance if I needed it—something that was never mentioned during check-in or in any of their communication. This seems unreasonable and quite strange for a hotel offering "complimentary breakfast." To make matters worse, when I asked for coffee after 10 AM, they flatly refused and said only tea was available post-10 AM. Why such a restriction? If tea can be served, why not coffee? It felt like a poor excuse rather than a real policy. Overall, the lack of clarity, hospitality, and basic service was disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend this property if you expect reliable and courteous breakfast service.
