3rd grade hotel no car parking my car got damaged when I parked at n8 no support or justification car repair costed me rs 40,000 and no bedsheet sticky smelling bathrooms worst hotel i recommend to remove from fab hotel list . I trusted fab and went and it's worts

Very bad location, and also staff refuse all things. Kabhi water bottle available nahi he. Bathroom me pani hi nahi aata he. Aata to black water aata he.

Stayed in this room and honestly, it was a complete disaster. The condition of the room was unacceptable. The ceiling is literally broken with chunks falling off, and the walls are cracked, damp, and peeling everywhere. It looks like zero maintenance has been done for years. The bathroom area is dirty, unhygienic, and clearly not cleaned properly. Even the basics were horrible the towel provided had holes in it, the floor was dirty, and the overall environment felt neglected and uncomfortable. Definitely not what anyone expects when paying for a stay. This place seriously needs urgent repairs and proper housekeeping standards. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Will never book any hotel again associated with your company

This hotel is my worst experience ever. The hotel is inside the Kabristan (graveyard) Hotel is neat and clean but a cringe smell is all over which is pathetic and you wouldn’t like to bring any eatable as the smell won’t allow you to eat anything in your room. Staff is polite no doubt. They give only soap, nothing else NO brush, paste, shampoo nothing. You ask them for tissue papers they will give u 3rd class toilet papers. Toilet ceiling is broken therefore it’s not safe, some camera or something else can be there. Noice of exhaust fan is more than an airplane’s engine. I will never recommend this hotel.
