Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

LOCATION is good very near to railway station now about the rooms it's not where a perfect room no telephone no room mats , bath room toilet seat facing the wall the one who will sit have their knees touching the wall hot water was there which was good , no towels provided on the first day no curtains , no drinking glass available no drinking water provided and other big scam is the restaurant service which is third class better to eat and drink outside hotel ordered a cold coffee which is like 80 percent water 20 percent milk same with tea room have one another door which will lead you to the back location don't know where it leads overall it's a very low budget hotel . Trying selecting another hotel if your not okay with all these amenities not provided.

Location is fine. That's the only plus. Room was too basic for the price. Have stayed in Fab hotels across India, but this one doesn't meet the standards. No towels provided. Rusted doors. TV not working. Dirty blankets. Lights going on & off... Overall not even an average experience.

Close proximity to Mahakaleshwar temple is the only attraction. Rooms are not equipped with amenities such as mosquito repellent, electric tea kettle, drinking water, cupboard or tea table etc. and no hair drier in bath room. Considering the cost, much more improvements are expected. Those who are looking for a stay very close to temple may opt for this only if they bring their own equipments.

Its a single star hotel or else you can also call it as a lodge. Also no branding board of fab hotels on property. Not at all worth the price - 5k per night. No power backup - only light will work no fan or ac during power cut. Only advantage is its location, few steps away from gate no 1 Hotel is in no vehicle zone so you need to carry your stuff for upto 400meters depending on your drop location

Here are no room service available no power backup even power has gone for more than 3 hrs no back up avaible no any single service boy present if u need water for drink u may go ur own self to brought water that's was no class of hotel

Terrible experience. I arrived at 12 AM and was given a shabby room without an AC, even though my booking clearly showed otherwise. When I raised the issue, the caretaker called the owner, who casually said, “The fan works like an AC, you won’t feel hot.” The washroom had used soap left behind, which the owner didn’t consider a hygiene issue. To make matters worse, the caretaker refused to let me take pictures, and when I pointed out all these problems, the owner told me to leave if I had “so many issues” — at 1 AM! I have proof of my room booking, and this attitude was completely unacceptable.

Dirty and unhygienic rooms…poor service. Stop making fool to customers on the name of Fab hotels. Hotels are local 1/2 star hotels which Fab is showing as Fab hotels on the booking sites. Booked Fab express Orbit hotel in Ujjain which was pathetic and quite expensive as per the facility and service provided. Never book this hotel..total waste of money. Don’t trust Fab hotels else you will be cheated.

Rooms ,bathroom ,bedsheets ,floor all was not clean.bathrooms smells badly,even after complaint bedsheets and pillow covers was not changed.In night at reception they were drinking and making noise
