Peaceful, neat and clean stay. Proximity to the international airport is very good. It took just 15 minutes to reach there. Taxi app services are available at the property. Veg/nog veg food is also available.

The room was clean. The surroundings and the hygiene was also good at the hotel. Staff was courteous and was quick to resolve any query. Location is perfect if anyone wants to visit Jaipur in its full pride. Perfect location, where everything is less than 10KM's away.

Mixed Experience – Helpful Staff but Unjustified Extra Charges We recently stayed at Hotel Prakash Inn after a long 700 km journey from the South. While the hotel itself was decent and the service boys were extremely helpful—especially Mohsin, who went out of his way to assist us throughout our stay—our experience started off on a sour note. Upon arrival, we were charged ₹500 extra per room for an early check-in, even though the owner wasn’t around and it was the receptionist’s decision. Despite explaining our exhaustion from traveling such a long distance, the receptionist insisted on the charge. We paid it simply because we were too tired to argue further. Other than that, the stay was comfortable, and the staff (apart from the receptionist) were courteous and attentive. I would recommend the hotel for its service team, but management should reconsider how they handle early check-ins, especially for guests arriving after long journeys. The hotel Rooms need a bit of paint and the new linens or washed linens every time for a new check in

I didn’t stay at this hotel in spite of having a confirmed booking - I tried to contact the hotel many times and received no response, as an international citizen I wasn’t able to pay their deposit but absolutely required the room so persisted to contact them to find a solution (having travelled India for 5 months I’ve done this smoothly many times). When I finally got through to someone, I was told that as per my reservation on booking.com, he could see it was confirmed, but went on to say the hotel was fully booked - fortunately I discovered this just before boarding a flight to Mumbai and was able to very quickly book a different and reliable hotel, thankfully not getting transport in the middle of the night to a place that would turn me away as a solo female traveller in Mumbai in between two days of solid travel. Customer service is appalling and I will steer well clear of this ‘Fab’ hotel brand and encourage others to do the same. The location isn’t where it claims to be either.

We had an extremely disappointing experience with both the hotel staff and Fab Hotels. We had booked a "premium" room with one double bed and one single bed for ₹3000 through Fab Hotels. However, they started cleaning the room upon our arrival, and after waiting for room for so long, we found that the AC and flush were not working. When we requested a room change, we were shifted to a room with only one double bed, and even there, the AC was literally tied up. Rooms with one double bed cost way less in the website. Despite sharing pictures as evidence, Fab Hotels claimed they couldn’t identify any issues. To make matters worse, the room had a terrible stench due to the open sewage running in front of the hotel. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night because the AC still wasn’t functioning, and the conditions were unbearable. Please don't fall for their misleading claims.
