Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport in Mumbai, the closest airport to Virar, is located at a distance of about 60 km. Buses, cabs, and suburban trains are the best ways to reach Virar from Mumbai airport. The locality has a railway station on the Western Line of Mumbai’s Suburban Railway Network. Regular local train services connect Virar Railway Station to all major localities of Mumbai and it typically takes about 1 hour 30 minutes to reach Churchgate from here.
