We had to urgently book a hotel due to an appointment elsewhere, and this property was locked in at the last moment. Our first mistake was paying for in advance without checking the room. The room provided was extremely cramped and uncomfortable. The condition of the room was unacceptable: Seepage on the walls Poorly maintained bathroom Overall lack of cleanliness and upkeep The staff service was unprofessional and apathetic, and made the experience even worse. To be fair, the food was decent but the tea was one of the worst I’ve ever had. Strong Recommendation: We had booked this property in an emergency but to anyone reading this: Even in an emergency, avoid this hotel. Delay your plans, pay extra elsewhere, but do not check in here unless you want to severely compromise on comfort, cleanliness, and basic service quality.
