1 AverageThis was the most terrible experience of my life. you guys sucks. i had booked a premium room with prime shervani sunder nagar with bathtub but when i reached the hotel i was told that my booking has been cancelled which was never informed to me and they shifted me to another clumsy hotel at a97, dayanand colony with a pathetic staff. room was just like a matchbox without a intercom and a bathtub. when i asked for lunch order at 1:30 i was bluntly told by the owner of the hotel that we do not provide lunch get it from outside. stop cheating customers. i would suggest other people also pls stay away from fabhotel.Partha Dutta, 15 Nov

5 FabulousService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Sarita Jain, 15 Oct

2 AverageI was told by customer care, by mr. amit and mr.ajay, the area manager that contactless check in and check out is there but no, they did not use any app or contactless method. the sanitisers were not available. temp was not checked of us or even of other guests. also, i was assured by the app that if linen was reused one, whole refund will be given. we had used linen and i even have a proof of every thing and of used linenAkshay Gupta, 19 Jun

3 GoodRooms are too small to stay for more 2 person towels not clean not change next day. towel was not available in hotel. very poor quality of tea. no restaurant and room very small not possible to have breakfast in decent manner. fab name/ hotel name or board not displayed any where outside. difficult to locate hotel though hotel location is very decent and.on road.Ravindra Singh, 3 Feb

5 FabulousDilli homestay is one of the best hotel on fab, room was neat & clean and manager who was appointed there he was really gud, very kind with polite behaviour, and realy love the kitchen service too and all the staff were well trainned i just order water bottle and it was given me in the tray by the guy that shows the perfect hospitality amazing service thanks...Gaurav Kumar, 7 Nov
