    "One of the worst experiences I have faced in my entire life. I included breakfast with my tariff. I was waiting till 8:30 am for the breakfast and then informed the manager to make arrangement for it. I did wait for more than 1 hour for the breakfast. I had to leave for a meeting and when I was checking out, they came with the breakfast and told me to have it there. Really a pathetic experience. I don't want to talk about other amenities. I always remain satisfied with minimum facilities. But my question is, if you are not able to provide basic amentities timely, why you are charging for it?"

    "Absolutely disgusting experience. No professionalism. Room was so dirty, floor was so sticky and dirty. Couldn't walk barefoot. Bedsheet and pillows were dirty and unwashed. Damping on wall and room was stinky. Not even basic hygiene. Bathroom was so dirty, toilet flush didn't work, shower didn't work, TV didn't work. Was regretting but no other option as it was late night we moved in otherwise I could have moved out and gone to another hotel. The guy at the check-in counter only kept saying sorry but that does not help. Never ever gonna return to this hotel and would recommend others not to get carried away by the online pictures of the rooms but reality is what I have said here. In addition charge me rs 1000 for additional person I want my money back"
