We booked this hotel at last moment. Upon arrival late night at around 10:30 PM, we were informed at reception that one out of our 2 confirmed bookings had been cancelled due to “operational reasons.” There was some back-and-forth between hotel and booking aggregator (Booking.com) regarding responsibility, which took nearly an hour to resolve. Eventually, we had to arrange accommodation elsewhere for second room, which was quite inconvenient at that late hour. We were also advised not to venture too far at night due to safety concerns in the area, which made the situation more stressful. Regarding stay itself, the reception staff was polite, and understanding, which we truly appreciated. However, there were disturbances during the night. Hotel staff room was located near my allotted so called premium room, and there was considerable noise post-midnight, including repeated door banging, which affected my sleep. Additionally, there was significant traffic noise from road in front of the hotel, with bikers riding at high speed and using modified silencers and horns, further disturbing the night’s rest. Overall, while the staff was cooperative, the booking issue and noise disturbances.

Fraud Alert – Extremely Disappointing Experience This hotel and FabHotels are a complete fraud. We paid an advance amount for a room booking through FabHotels. Later, when we contacted the hotel directly, they clearly told us that they would not honor the booking or the advance payment because they have issues with FabHotels and claimed that ₹20 lakh of their money is stuck with FabHotels. Because of this, they said they are not accepting any bookings made via FabHotels. The hotel asked us to cancel the booking and book directly with them instead. When we contacted FabHotels for a refund, they were absolutely useless. Even after sharing email proofs and screenshots of our conversation with the hotel, FabHotels stopped responding completely. No resolution, no refund, no accountability. Our advance amount is gone, and there is no support from either the hotel or FabHotels. This is blatant cheating and harassment of customers. Such platforms should not be trusted at all. I would never recommend FabHotels to anyone. Save your money and stay away from this scam.

I booked this hotel directly from the FabHotel official website and PAID EXTRA for breakfast, yet the receptionist straight-up denied my breakfast without any proper explanation. This is pure cheating. I called FabHotel customer care THREE TIMES. Every time they put me on hold, then cut the call. Not once did they call back. This is beyond unprofessional and completely unacceptable. The hotel itself is very cheap in every sense. The room quality is pathetic, and the washroom is dirty and poorly maintained. Definitely not worth the money at all. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. No service, no responsibility, no respect for customers. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Total waste of money and time. FabHotel should be ashamed of such poor service and dishonest practices.

Sorry to say that FAB hotels is only for making money and not maintaining standards. Request the FAB hotels team to inspect and audit the facilities in their affiliated hotels. Rooms are not clean. Telephone connection disconnected as iam calling them. No mirror in the wash room. Requested for door mat which came before check out. Bucket in the washroom is ugly and didnt understand for some time how to take bath. TV is there but no connection. No chair to sit.

My stay at FAB Hotel - Grand stay was extremely disappointing. The rooms were not clean at all, and the bed sheets and pillow covers were torn, which was completely unacceptable. The rooms also had a strong unpleasant smell that made the stay very uncomfortable. The bathroom quality and interiors were in poor, almost pathetic condition, showing a clear lack of maintenance. Additionally, the hotel staff did not provide the food bill on time; I only received it after repeatedly requesting it. Overall, I had a very bad experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The management seriously needs to improve cleanliness, service, and basic standards.

Rooms were so badly maintained. Basic amenities were missing. Eg. no mirror inside the toilet. The room provided was smelling like it was painted recently. Lot of noise by the hotel staff past midnight, so unable to sleep. Very arrogant person at the reception who does not want to answer properly to genuine questions. Overall very bad experience having been stayed in hundreds of hotels across India

I booked a hotel room through (Booking Ref CZK2OM )customer service and even paid an advance after receiving confirmation from the representative, Ms. Preeti. However, upon arriving at the hotel, I was shocked to learn that she had misled us for the sake of commission, as the hotel staff refused our check-in. It was an extremely frustrating and painful experience to wait for hours at the reception with my child and family. The hotel is highly overpriced for the kind of rooms and services they offer, the rooms were unhygienic, drinking water was not provided, and the staff were unresponsive and rude. Ms. Preeti repeatedly promised to call back and resolve the issue but never did. The food was terrible, overpriced, and the kitchen’s hygiene was unacceptable. Overall, it was a horrible experience. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel. I will be sharing this feedback widely to ensure it reaches the appropriate levels for action.

I had a disappointing experience with Fab Hotel. The Experience Manager initially confirmed my booking for ₹1650, but later I was charged ₹1750 without any prior notice or valid reason. Moreover, the Experience Manager is not responding to my messages or providing any support regarding the issue. This kind of unprofessional behavior and lack of communication is unacceptable. I hope Fab Hotels takes action to ensure transparency in pricing and better customer service in the future.
