Absolutely disgusting experience. no professionalism. room was so dirty, floor was so sticky and dirty. couldn't walk barefoot. bedsheet and pillows were dirty and unwashed. damping on wall and room was stinky. not even basic hygiene. bathroom was so dirty, toilet flush didn't work, shower didn't work, tv didn't work. was regretting but no other option as it was late night we moved in otherwise i could have moved out and gone to another hotel. the guy at the check-in counter only kept saying sorry but that does not help. never ever gonna return to this hotel and would recommend others not to get carried away by the online pictures of the rooms but reality is what i have said here. in addition charge me rs 1000 for additional person i want my money back
