Further the manager and owner seems very rude because in my MMT it was clearly mentioned the guaranteed check in before 2 hours from chekinn time but was not allowed by manager and owner. They have no value of the customer only value for them is charge and money worst experience of my life till dated

We booked a room in vaishali Dakshini pitampura for 14 June2025 with booking ID ZQOIZE. During checkin we found that the rooms were very stingy there was bad smell in all the rooms and they have shown three rooms and in one of the room there was the geyser was fallen down and the roof was open in the bathroom so it was very doubtful. the rooms were very bad and stingy so that is why we could not check in. Finally we asked for change in the room and they have changed the booking . At first they also said in the hotel Express roseman. Then again cancelled it due to non availability. Then we have got the room in Express 7 heaven and there we checked-in. This is happened since 9:00 pm and and around 10:30 pm we checked in so one and half hour in the night we faced lot of problem in check in due to this bad fabhotels. I hope you will rectify it in future. One important thing hotel vaishali dakshini and hotel white safron is one and the same thing. So I request not to confuse people about the hotels. Such a bad service from FABhotels.

Our recent stay at THE FAB CHAITANYAS HOTEL was unfortunately one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve encountered. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the service and standards fell far short of what any traveler should expect. The check-in process was disorganized and unwelcoming, with staff appearing indifferent and unprepared. The room itself was in poor condition—unclean surfaces, malfunctioning amenities, and a general lack of maintenance made for an uncomfortable stay. What was advertised online did not match the reality at all. Customer service was nearly non-existent. We raised several concerns during our stay, but they were either dismissed or met with indifference. At no point did we feel heard or cared for as guests.The beds in the room were completely broken, the food quality was subpar, and it was clear that no proper maintenance was being carried out. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was in poor condition, with noticeable wear and no fresh paint. Most concerning was the air conditioning unit, which was not functioning properly. Although the staff attempted to fix it, it worked only temporarily. In the middle of the night, it stopped working again, making it difficult for me to rest, especially since I had planned to work throughout the night. Given these inconveniences, I would like to formally request a refund for my stay. Not a good place to go with family...and room is easily available for 1500/night but fabhotels after all discounts booked for 1800/night... and fabhotel executive also told me that extra mattress will be available at reception for 200-300 (500 max) but at reception they asked for 800 for one extra mattress per day. Location of hotel is not easily accessible its not on road. Everytime it smelled ciggaratte smoke in their hotel. No food available in day time. They said their restaurant available from 10 PM to 5 AM only. and Lift is only made available till 3rd floor though rooms are on 4th floor. I felt scammed after staying at Fabhotels Moro.

Extremely disappointing experience at Hotel Moro. I went there to enquire about a bulk booking for 2 days, and the reception staff were unbelievably rude, arrogant, and completely uninterested in helping. They acted like we were disturbing them and showed zero professionalism or basic courtesy. On top of that, it’s not even a proper hotel – it’s been set up in an apartment. The entrance is extremely dirty, and the overall hygiene of the place is terrible. Absolutely disgusting. Definitely not a place I would recommend – avoid unless you want to be treated like an unwanted nuisance in a filthy, poorly managed setup.

I stayed at fab hotel moro for three days. The receptionist was playing music very loud all night. Specially the receptionist who was in night shift he had lack of professionalism, People were shouting outside the room. In front of my room they are playing very loud music and shouting and using abusive languages at all night. I called to receptionist 2,3 times at night but he did not take any action. I was staying with my wife she got very scared. This hotel is not safe for family. Torn & dirty towels no washroom slippers I am feeling like i have wasted my precious time and money in this hotel.

For the love of god please don't book this hotel unless you're there for a couple of hours as a couple to do the deed. The avg. review rating is a farce. This is the dirtiest and shadiest hotel I've ever been to. Firstly this same property is listed under different names which have a 2/3 star review out of 10. Once the old name's rating dips, they just rebrand it with fake reviews . The room is dirty, damp and filled with spit stains on the walls. The towels are dirty with human fluid marks. The curtains are burned with ash marks. I can go on and on. DON'T STAY HERE.
