Decent rooms and good staff. Rooms could be a little more cleaner tbh, but they were not dirty by any means, they were pretty good. Rooms are very spacious and the property is a medium sized building with nice garden. Absolutely worth the money. Recommend!

Everything is good except few. I've two concern. One is that the the lock was not proper in my as as sensor(nfc) was not working so used keys but that was also not properly working. Second concern is that the floor staff is not so professional they enter inside room which doesn't feel good. Thanks for rest everything, It was my second visit. First one was awesome.

Very bad experience as literally we were waiting for 1.5 hrs for tea to come in the room. TV was not working they commited to to change the room later they didn't changed. AC was not throwing cool air. They charged Rs.500 for 2 hrs late check out without providing a GST charge. When I complaint the things the Lady manager said u should tell this things personally and not on the reception. It was really shameful. Worst experience

Worst experience i booked through flipkart paid complete amount but they are not ready to assign room extreme disgusting behaviour i called police then they assign me room , also in the hotel your network won’t work … mark my word network won’t work in any room even you can’t make a call your phone will be on no service please think thrice before booking..if you don’t trust once cgeck the room it’s not upto mark & also check network of your phone.. I stayed at Jaggi Palace and it was a complete nightmare from start to finish. The rooms were filthy, with stained bedsheets, foul smell, and insects crawling around. The bathroom was unhygienic and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly in ages. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and acted like they were doing me a favor just by answering basic questions. The food was horrible — stale, tasteless, and overpriced. Noise from other rooms and the street made it impossible to sleep. On top of that, there were constant power cuts and no backup. The place felt unsafe, and I regretted booking the moment I arrived. Save yourself the trouble — there are far better hotels nearby for the same price. Jaggi Palace is a total waste of money.

Room size, non hygienic, bed sheet was not clean. Overall will not at all recommend to stay in this hotel

Super bed. Dirty and showing picture on google are very different then the actual rooms. When I asked hotel stuff about the different of the photos, They said the pictures are more then 10 years old picture. The room was spelling like a drain. Over all experience is horrible.

Worst hotel to stay. No electricity. Power goes off for 2 hours. Cockroaches all around. Everything is broken. No toiletries. Poor staff, asking for extra massage services. Please never take this hotel. Its my genuine suggestion. I think its worst hotel in india not just in delhi

1) staff are worst. I asked for door mat 1st day i didnot receive and have to ask them continiously then after asking many times i got it 2nd day 2) Hot wtaer is not coming they turned on geyser but no hot water i bathed with cold water 2 days 3) worst staff ever 4) no line to talk to reception have to go to reception for anything 5) wtaer bottles are seal opened looks like they are seal opened (only few not all)
