Horrible experience Dust all over Cockroach in room Spit all over Dust all over Wall damage

Just a Awasome Experince in This Hotel. Reception,Foods, Stuff, Mr. Phurkhan; Mr. Junaid & Mr. Babul, all are very Helpful & alway's Co-Operative. Specially Miss. Nagish Maa'm is so polite & Co-Operative alwys in Face of Smile. -Thank You- Fab Hotel White Klove Team.

Decent rooms and good staff. Rooms could be a little more cleaner tbh, but they were not dirty by any means, they were pretty good. Rooms are very spacious and the property is a medium sized building with nice garden. Absolutely worth the money. Recommend!

Staff is really helpful

Everything is good except few. I've two concern. One is that the the lock was not proper in my as as sensor(nfc) was not working so used keys but that was also not properly working. Second concern is that the floor staff is not so professional they enter inside room which doesn't feel good. Thanks for rest everything, It was my second visit. First one was awesome.

Room full of cockroaches and breakfast was terrible don't book.

Very bad experience as literally we were waiting for 1.5 hrs for tea to come in the room. TV was not working they commited to to change the room later they didn't changed. AC was not throwing cool air. They charged Rs.500 for 2 hrs late check out without providing a GST charge. When I complaint the things the Lady manager said u should tell this things personally and not on the reception. It was really shameful. Worst experience

Worst experience i booked through flipkart paid complete amount but they are not ready to assign room extreme disgusting behaviour i called police then they assign me room , also in the hotel your network won’t work … mark my word network won’t work in any room even you can’t make a call your phone will be on no service please think thrice before booking..if you don’t trust once cgeck the room it’s not upto mark & also check network of your phone.. Room size, non hygienic, bed sheet was not clean. Overall will not at all recommend to stay in this hotel

Super bed. Dirty and showing picture on google are very different then the actual rooms. When I asked hotel stuff about the different of the photos, They said the pictures are more then 10 years old picture. The room was spelling like a drain. Over all experience is horrible.
