I had a pleasant stay at Fab Saffron In Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was polite, helpful, and provided good service throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The location is convenient and the overall experience was satisfactory. I

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful in my Hotel. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

Rooms are not maintained properly. No hotwater. We called many times to reception to check on it they keep me on waiting but not resolved. There are cockroaches in room. AC not working properly.

Very poor service, they told mineral water but not given simple water after a lots of call and don’t provide towel and toiletries, after requesting a lot they give me one more towel its really ridicules, we feel we are bagger after paying booking this hotel directly……

Worst stay ever, staff arrogant, no cleaning, rooms are not good, no tv, area also not good..not even 1 rating

Provided me a smaller room not the one i booked because previous people did not check out on time. Also charged me 500 extra for early check-in even after my booking was 20 days prior and already told them that I'll need early check-in. Floor were not clean sticky floor no room service, reception doesn't receive calls. Power cut every one hour. Pathetic !!

This is not 3 star this is budget hotel not giving breakfast properly even restaurant also not have

My experience at Saffron Hotel was extremely disappointing. The receptionist’s behaviour was very rude and unprofessional. When we asked for a room for two people, he quoted different charges compared to our previous visit. Even though we agreed to manage, his attitude was completely unacceptable. I would also like to highlight a serious concern: the boy at the reception often appears to be under the influence of alcohol. During our visit as well, he seemed drunk while dealing with guests. This is highly unsafe, irresponsible, and extremely unprofessional for any hotel environment. The overall service quality was also very poor. There was no water bottle in the room, and basic facilities were not provided, yet the charges were unnecessarily high. This level of service is not acceptable. I request the management to take this matter seriously and ensure immediate improvement in staff behaviour, professionalism, and overall service standards.

I will never want to visit this hotel again.

As per the photos uploaded on the site ..rooms were not upto the mark...no parking of car in this hotel .entry for car is cery much conjusted .as per the prices they are charging rooms not upto the mark .
