The room quality is very poor and the room has a seepage problem. cleaning was not done perfectly and there were too many mosquitoes. no value for money not even 1k. overall very poor service.

Worst class hotel service, they even don't provide you the bill, i was asked to call customer care several times for not rectifying my complaint, there is some madam and she will never help you after you complete your booking and she will tell you to call customer care every time, customer care number will go on busy for 5 minutes then only there will be person to talk to you and that person only will register your complaint but not rectify that. fab hotel don't bother you post booking

Great location for those who need to be around it and the only reason i was there. the hotel is a joke and the rooms are strictly ok with very warm people. nothing to speak of and surely better hotels available at similar or even better prices. fab hotels are outright bad.

I went to this place for a room for one day and first they told me yes we have vacancy and made me wait for sometime and later told me they don't have ac working in rooms and also there are no fans at all. i mean what made them changed their mind all of a sudden i have no idea. how come other people are booking then at your hotels? for the time i was present i saw two bookings taking place. i felt like i was treated harshly at the time. partiality? racism? only they know about it

Good average hotel, but the worst part is rooms don't have fans and to make matter worst the windows does not have net window...so mosquitoes attack like anything. hot water was also not consistent. rest breakfast, service are good
