1 AverageOne best word to describe is “ the worst”. i have booked for 2 nights, had terrible experience. don’t get over joyed by seeing the pics in the fab hotel app or at google. it doesn’t resemble same. bathrooms are stinky with drainage black worms all along the floor. room service use the towel in the rooms to clean the bathroom. room service staffs use guest staying rooms for bathing purposes. the towels kept at the rooms have oil stains everywhere. over all 0 or no star rating. especially the receptionist is very rude and doesn’t answer anything to your questions.Karthik Srinivasan, 14 Jul

1 AverageWorst experience ever! the rooms was decent, was there for 3 days, paid extra for at the time of booking to include breakfast but was forced to paid at the location and asked to complaint online as he did not care about it! at the time of booking it was mentioned that room service is available but nobody came when there was chocked washroom, no cleaning of rooms and not even fresh towels was provided, even when order food with room service from their own menu on the first day they took our vehicle to fetch the food stating that they have no kitchen. they even ask for the vehicle multiple times to do some of the chores for the other tasks which was not related to us! overall bad experience with fabhotel, would have never went for the hotel if it was not associated with them. totally disappointed.Nishant Shende, 10 Nov
