I would like to raise a complaint about a person named Atul, working at the Fab shared location near Dagdusheth. He informed me that the hotel was only 5 minutes walking distance, but in reality the hotel was around 30 minutes away from the temple by vehicle. This incorrect information caused unnecessary inconvenience. During the check-in time, when I was trying to find the hotel, he was also not responding, which made the situation even more difficult. Afterwards, when I contacted another Fab representative, they guided me correctly and confirmed the actual distance. There was no breakfast. Location was very shady. Hotel is primarily used by couples, cleanliness is not upto mark.

Rooms and toilets were extremely dirty toilet fittings were all broken ded and pillows were far below standard..no basic facilities and amenities available... overall a hopeless stay would not recommend it anyone,..also receptionist Mr. Balaji was extremely rude and highly unprofessional. Very bad experience overall

They denied to give us any rooms. Even after full payment and confirmation for 3 rooms. We called the police and only after that they gave us the rooms.

Elevator was not working had to pull my luggage on 3rd floor, no kitchen, no brekfast, poor rooms, shady location
