I booked 2 Deluxe Rooms at FabHotel Kanak International for 3 days. Here is my experience: Positive: The hotel staff was good and cooperative. One thing I liked is that if you book directly with the hotel, they offer 247 check-in and check-out, which is convenient. What needs improvement: - The rooms are quite small and not up to the mark. - No toiletries were provided. - Even water bottles were not provided, although these were mentioned in the amenities while booking online/FabHotels app. - There was no mirror in the washroom. - The washroom was not properly clean and maintained. - The hotel is quite old and needs renovation. - The TV was available but was not working. - The AC remote did not have batteries. - Overall, the rooms and hotel ambience did not match what I expected from the online listing. Overall: The hotel is average in terms of staff and basic service, but considering the overall structure, ambience, room condition and maintenance, I would rate it below average. The property needs proper renovation and better maintenance to provide a better guest experience.

I lost keys but i paid for the new keys i accept the blunder. Room walls were dirty. Spacious room with Little ventilation. Heavy Chlorine smell. Cockroaches were found. Chair was demanded. Switches were broken. Staffs are good though

There are cockroaches in the room also the pillow are black and dirty that is most dirty thing

I think fab hotel give free of cost room ? Why recommend this hotel ? Proper water not coming ac cooling not working proper service boy not have lift night 1o clock off for reception side 20 time ill call to recpction water not coming water not coming every time he said okay sir not I'll turn on motor fab hotel management & hotel management play for me ? Customer support I'll call fab hotel side also not support this is the last booking for my side better then oyo hotel & some other platform best worst experience in my life fab hotel and via prestige hotel

worst room i have ever stayed. Its looks like a lodge room and also the worst bathroom

Very very Bad Rooms fans not working door not locking bad smell on rooms no maintens old blanket's very bad

The image shown Is not the same , not an hygienic room , covered with dust. Water leakage and no clean wash basin .
