The staff is very good and the location is good, the cleanliness is also very good to stay here and the food and drinks are also good, the manager is very nice.

It's very nice and happy to say that hotel royal resedency hotel is perfect to stay. I enjoyed the ambience and pleasant stay.staff was good and helpful. It's very much convenient to reach anyone from airport. Overall i can suggest who ever go for us consulate should stay here. It's very near and accessible for all transport. Good place and you can have a nice food in neighbourhood. I had a great special tea here. It's really nice

Price is high, location is good, staff is ok ok, a table should be provided in the room, space is ok ok and interiors are good , price should be in range of 2-2.5k

First the hotel got changed, so that was bad experience. Iwifi was not working, tv didn't had cable , since wifi was not there you tube was also not working. There were holes in bed sheet. No much cooling in qc.

It's like local hotel, not like fab hotels standard, I was very disappointed there, how can they rate themselves as 3star category

Hotel Name: FabHotel Melody NX, Thane Stay Date: 2728 Worst hotel experience ever. Even after having a confirmed booking from 27 to 28, the hotel management did not allow us to stay overnight. They clearly said that if the guest goes outside even once, it will be treated as checkout immediately, which is completely unacceptable and against standard hotel rules. I contacted MakeMyTrip support, and even after coordination with the hotel management, they refused to cooperate. This kind of behavior feels like harassment and cheating. Do NOT book this hotel if you value your money and peace of mind.

I stayed only for one hour and then we immediately changed the property so how come my stay is completed as soon as we entered the property it was very bad toilet seat was broken door nobes ever broken and when we requested the manager to change my room he denied as asked for 1000 rupees more to upgrade my room I have never seen this type of behaviour i suggest everyone never book hotels from fab hotels and specially freedom international Andheri East my money is still not refunded

There were curled hair(looked like public hair or facial hair) in the bed linen, the bathroom wash basin had some kind of junk sticking out of it, the faucet and showered were rusty and deposited with minerals blocking the shower. Im going to actively prevent any of my known acquaintances from booking this hotel.

Too small cant even sit in room intercom not working food need to order from outside cutlery provided by hotel was not even clean no lights in washroom
