I requested a late check-out, and they graciously allowed me to stay two hours beyond the usual time. In the morning, they provided tea and breakfast exactly as I had requested. The service was top-notch, and Im truly grateful for the receptionists help. Highly recommend this place for their excellent hospitality!""

    "Extremely disappointed with the service I received. I booked a stay at this property but had to cancel and didn’t even step foot in the place. Despite this, they refused to refund a single rupee, even though I didn’t use the booking at all. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, and the entire experience was incredibly frustrating. I understand policies, but this felt unreasonable and unfair given the circumstances. I would not recommend this property to anyone and suggest you look elsewhere for a more customer-friendly experience."

    "I booked for two day stay as it was walking distance to the hospital I was visiting and was recommended by my doctor. I booked while I was in USA and the third party site shown discrepancy on check-in and check-out as 3pm, but in fact it's 11am in-out. The owner was flexible in letting us stay until 3pm and honored it. And I didn't realize as I checked-in late around 08:40pm. Overall, decent place to stay and the clean including washrooms. I had unexpected 3rd guest in the room and they added extra bed for 500 INR. Rooms are comfortable for two people easily. Update: Brought down to 3 stars because I was told at the checkout that extra bed is 500INR per day. They made me pay extra. I'd recommend the owner to be clear on these going forward."
