The room was very good, very spacious with a very nice living room. The bathroom was also very nice and good decorated.

The air conditioning worked perfectly.. and the air was fresh and clean.. even though there are no windows in the room.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive.

Nice hospitality,good bed, cooperative staff,good social sense,food was fine ,it was a beautiful ambience around , location was good ,things were taken care at short notice , overall a beautiful stay, would surely recommend.

As per fab location is google map showing wrong. 3.5 km different from actual hotel and fab location. As per fab booking brake fast including price taken but in hotel brake fast not providing and bring from out side . Staff all good and kind . Not providing any kettle etc as per fab listing. Overall stay was good.

The property is bit old, it must be last renovated before 10 years, anyhow at this price this kind of property is very rare at that specific location. The location is a prime spot which is 15 mins walk to railway station and bus stand. But usual fab hotels are very cozy and neat, this one was not what i expected. The coat and mattress was a very older one, the toilet was not cleaned properly, but they have kept to soaps for me atleats, the lock was not working properly. Room was spaceous, but we can hear noise from the next rooms. Please note but for this price we cannot find anyother property better than this i hope.

I actually wanted to rate 0 stars . Why cant we rate 0 or in - 1 star . It was really the most worst experience of my life. I highly recommend not to stay here.

I had check in directly at hotel without booking and while checkout i forgot my medicine at hotel. I had phone call with hotel reception they got my medicine and i just requested them to courier those medicine but they responded that they cant courier they are busy. i even requested that i will pay for courier charges but not ever proper conservation with phone. I had travelled back 520 Kilometers for those medicines and those medicines costs Rs.30,000/- it a ibrutinib 140 mg blood cancer medicines. Then i came to know humanity is no more existing and literally its.................. I hope the main management see this review and appoint proper humanity people for their reception. We really need to select good humanity people for job rather than good qualified people.

Very poor experience at hotel.. Dirty rooms, Lack of amenities like water, Toiletries, AC remotes etc.. Staff are not cooperative at all.. Paid extra amount for breakfast while it was part of package.. No restaurant facilities but while booking it was mentioned that hotel is having restaurant in which breakfast will be served.. Paid extra for breakfast.. Even water bottles are not supplied despite multiple request.. Staff was very rude and lying.. Feeling cheated.. Requesting management to return my money which I paid for breakfast..
