Overall experience is

I had to ask for everything like glass, plate, spoon and even mineral water which was entitled. A pair of bathroom slippers would have helped to maintain cleanliness.

Dirty linens, no toiletries and dental kits provided, washroom and room were unclean, broken furnitures and bad odour.

We had asked to check why the AC was not working and has reminded the staff 2 times throughout the day. Later we asked them the third time then the staff responded "If you don't like the room then why are you staying here". After a short quarrel they fixed the AC.

I hope the fab hotel top management reads this and makes an enquiry into the working of this hotel. We had booked this hotel for a stay of 2 nights last week. Upon arrival the front desk gave us a room which was not cleaned after the last checkout. The linens were dirty and had shed hair from previous use. We had to stand outside the room while they replaced the sheets and cleaned the room. The bed was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I still have the soreness in my back from spending 2 nights sleeping on it. Spring Matress is old and sagging in places but the hotel management still hasn't done anything to replace them. The rooms are quite conjusted, but if travelling alone you can make do. If travelling family, then the rooms are not comfortable enough due to lack of space. Bathroom is clean enough and spacious.. On the 2nd day morning I gave the room key to the front desk and requested for a cleaning. To my shock they had not done it even when we returned in the evening! We had to wait outside the room for the 2nd time while they cleaned the room, again. On top of all this, the hotel owner is so greedy that he wanted us to pay full amount for the entire stay upfront, even though I had paid advance amount online while booking. The desk clerk kept giving us some excuse about how the app won't let him check us in without full payment. I refused and only paid at the end of checkout, i recommend you do the same also. I paid around INR 1500 including GST per night and they don't stock any water bottles or snacks. Any food or drink ordered through the hotel phone will have a premium over the mrp coz they had to travel to nearby store and buy the items you asked for. Overall my experience with this budget stay was horrendous. Recommended only if you're travelling alone to Bangalore. PS: We also found a bug in between the sheets.Photo attached.

Very disappointing experience. It was a complete waste of money. The service was poor, the staff was not helpful, and the overall stay did not meet expectations. I would not recommend this lodge to anyone.

Third class Fab Hotel, Third Class Via Nar Comforts Hotel (Chickpet, Bengaluru) and Their Services. Worst Customer Service of Fab Hotel. When we called Fab Hotel they don't respond for Existing Customer who already booked a hotel via Fab Hotel but when you select Fresh booking option, within a second they picked a call. Now Hotel Review, I booked Hotel Name Via Nar Comforts, Chickpet Bengaluru. In this Hotel both Receptionist (Day & Night) useless, No Good behaviour with Customer, Not responding on Customer Query or Escalations. In the Room No Drinking Water, No Handwash Soap, No Clean Bed Sheets, Everything you want call Reception for Water/Soap/ AC Remote, Even When call for Bath Towel, They gave me Towel in Torn Situation. I booked the Hotel with Fab Hotel Website and added Room with Breakfast for Both Day. On first day they Said in the morning We will check and confirm you in half an hour and second day also they not provide breakfast in Room. I said please refund my two Days Breakfast amount which you not provide to me and their Receptionist refused to refund. Which Hotel provide you a water, Soap, Bath Towel after Guest Calling, Which customer chase Hotel for Providing Breakfast, These are a Hotel Responsibility to customer happy. Even on First day when I go to visit Places in Bengaluru and returned to hotel my Room was not cleaned, No cleaning service done on my room. Now in future I can't book any room in Anywhere via Fab Hotel. Really Frustrated with Services. Totally wasted Money

The hotel photos are not matching with the property, reaching the location with four wheeler is very risky, unhygienic location, rooms filled with cigarette odour, this property is not fab standard. 1st time had this much worse experience using fab property. The same property is running oyo also. Staff is also not cooperative.

I booked a room for a family friend. This is a couple with 3 kids, all minors. I spoke to the staff and asked them to give the couple an extra mattress so the kids can stay with parents and we were willing to pay extra for this service. However, the staff disagreed and said they do not have an extra mattress facility. I mean which hotel doesn't have it. I was still cool as they said you can see the room and if you feel all can adjust in the king size bed, you can pay. The rooms were occupied so he asked me to come the next day. I agreed. Then I get a text saying I haven't paid advance and if I don't do that immediately, my booking will get cancelled. I called the hotel staff but they didn't answer so then I called Fab support. It was a horrible experience talking to them and making them understand my situation. The questions that came were how 3 kids. Are they their own and stuff like that. Why can't a couple have 3 kids. Is that an offence??? I apologized to the guy as this couple didn't do family planning or as they did not consult him before having the 3rd kid. Then he tells me kids can stay with parents, they will provide extra mattress. I said pls make sure the hotel agrees as I didn't want any last minute confusions. Then he tells me I need to pay for kids over 8years. I said I never said no to that. I am all in to pay extra. Then he says they can't entertain this as per hotel policy. When I ask more details he tells me he wasn't able to connect to the hotel and was making assumptions. He created a mess on the call and on asking for manager disagreed for that too. The experience was so bad I cancelled the booking and went for another hotel. So many policies that change every now and then and no one aware of these. When asking were the policy is stating this, they panicked. As per Fab support, the hotels under Fab has different policies for each hotel. The hotel can decide on what their policies can be and how they want things to be. I really liked this place and always referred this to people but henceforth...sorry. it's a big NO. Bad bad very bad experience
