Very nice rooms with balcony as well. Nice and clean property. Nice location. Staff is friendly. Issues: I have taken on monthly basis. But food provided in the morning not fine. Mostly they will give only Aloo paratha to monthly basis guests.

If you are planning to stay at this property, it is a complete no no whether you are travelling solo or with family. I strongly advise avoiding this place at all costs. I am sharing my personal experience so others do not have to go through the same trouble. Relevant photos are attached for reference. I visited this hotel and it was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I had booked an AC room. While the room technically had an AC, the window frame did not have a window at all. Because of this, the room temperature could not be maintained and the AC was completely useless. When I raised this issue, I was told that this was the best room they had available. The condition of this so called best room was shocking. The walls had plaster coming off and there were red spit like stains on them. The floor had ash and dirt all around. The bathroom was in extremely bad condition with broken tiles and broken electric boards. There were no toiletries provided even though they were clearly mentioned during booking. The bedsheets and pillows had visible stains. The mirror was so dirty that you could barely see your reflection. Even the lift felt unsafe and unpredictable, making you worry if it would stop working at any moment. The staff behavior made the situation even worse. They were extremely rude and dismissive. When I pointed out the issues in the room, they completely denied that there was anything wrong. Despite using the name of FabHotels on travel platform, they refused to accept that they had any tie up with FabHotels as mentioned in their boards and business cards. Due to their behavior and the unacceptable room condition, I contacted the travel booking platform within 5-10 min of checking in. Thankfully, the travel partner was very supportive and helped me cancel the booking and arrange another option nearby. However, while leaving the property, the helpdesk staff became abusive and tried to force me to pay for the entire day. They demanded almost double the amount I had paid during booking. Their reason was that since I had checked in, they could not assign the room to someone else, even though I was there for barely 5 minutes. Only after the travel partner booked one day on behalf of the hotel did they finally allow me to leave. The abusive behavior of the helpdesk staff clearly reflects the kind of service this hotel provides. Between the terrible room conditions, false claims, and aggressive staff, this place offers nothing but stress and disappointment. Please avoid this property and save yourself the trouble.

Wrost experience i ever had .... they charged me extra 2000 i booked with breakfast they literally denied to give breakfast please don't go in this hotel reception man has no sense of hospitality

Giving 1 star out of compulsion otherwise they don't deserve 1 star also.This is not hotel,converted residential building in hotel.total waste of money. Services are very bad. Food also not good.they charged 1 cup of tea for 50 rupees and served warm water with sugar.

I checked out within 10 minutes because of the terrible hygiene, yet they still charged me for the full stay. The rooms were dirty, the linens were torn, and the receptionist had zero manners or etiquette. When I pointed out the issues and asked for a quilt, I was refused. It is unacceptable to charge a customer full price when the room is in such poor condition that they have to leave immediately

Worst stay in my life

The worst experience with @fabhotel ever for me. They give you worst rooms of you are booking online. The room had half lights working, broken corners. The biggest issue was I had a week long stay with them. The mattress spring was completely broken with its hardness being felt from the hands. I requested them to change mattress or have a mattress on the floor, both were denied. They will just accept your issues but won't do anything to address. Not really recommended from my angle as a hotel expects a good bed to sleep and polite service. I found both missing here

One of the Worst experience in my 20 Years travelling. Hotel Staff was so non professional. Room was so dirty. Bed was full of Ladies Hair. I stayed for one night only & sit whole night on Chair. I was waiting only for next morning so that i Could leave that Hotel. No hot water in Washroom. So left without using the Washroom. Bitter experience with this hotel.

Location address in Map belongs to another hotel. Residential Property converted into hotel in residential area. Rooms, Service all is very very Poor. FULL OF BAD SMELL...cockroaches...torn and dirty bedding. Please don't even try to stay...it's totally waste of money. It's better to stay on roadside. Pls believe me. In name of breakfast only 1 tea & 1 paratha. I am feeling cheated
