Great Hotel experience and very coperative staff all over experience is Good

Had a great experience while I was here.All the things promised were delivered

The room didn't have even basic things like handwash/ towel in the washroom. The exhaust fan was not working. The booking was included with the breakfast but no breakfast was served because the kitchen were unserviceable. First the booking they received didn't have the information of breakfast included and later the person at the person at the reception said they will arrange the breakfast but in the morning only was available.

Wrost experience i ever had .... they charged me extra 2000 i booked with breakfast they literally denied to give breakfast please don't go in this hotel reception man has no sense of hospitality

Worst stay in my life

Worst experience. I arrived for check-in at 12.10 they kept me waiting for 45 minutes telling room was to be cleaned. Then they gave the room where the curtains were just kept over the shelf so was afraid to go near it. Room was ok but is only for couples because the room nd toilet partition was see through. Toilet was not clean. Wash basin faucet was loose n was not fixed. Air conditioning was on opposite side of the bed n that made us sweat inside blanket. Blanket was torn. Only one bath towel was provided. We asked to provide a mineral water bottle which they charged and gave us a used water bottle. We asked for new one and they delivered it after about half hour. At night we asked for plates for eating food which they said would give but never gave me one until we ate the food as it was getting cold. And it never came. No proper lighting inside the room, just 2 lights near the bed was only in the room. Basic amenities to heat water to drink was also not provided. I have booked with breakfast but when enquired for breakfast they told me they can buy it from the street vendor and give me the food which we refused as it was very unhygienic to see. Reception staff is pathetic. They charged us for extra bed but only provided mattress and on asking other bedding stuff they started to argue and gave us the logic that extra bed means only extra mattress not blanket and pillow. This is the worst property with worst staff. Rooms are not at all maintained. This is the worst property with very rude staff. If I had option I would have given them rating in negative this property is not even worth 1 star.

Very disgusting and worst service imaginable. NEVER BOOK ANY FAB HOTELS. Because The reviews are fake. The rooms are utterly unhygienic with stains on bed and beedis smoked in rooms and left for us to remove before using the room. Rooms do not have geysers so do not expect hot water they will give a rod to hear the water. Not even once was the room cleaned windows broken. Used beds And they CHARGE YOU ABSURDLY HIGH PRICE FOR PATHETIC SERVICE
