My stay with very nice ! Location is excellent near by vyapar kendra market, everything all is good

I had a wonderful stay at Fab Hotel Oyster Villa. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout my visit. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially appreciate how kindly they took care of my pet yeh kaun Hai it made my stay even more relaxing and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service, clean rooms, and a pet-friendly environment. I will definitely visit again!

We really enjoyed a lot. There was no noise and no one disturbed us. Everything is good. If we plan to go out again, we would like to come here again. It is the best hotel to spend quality time

Good night stay. It was a late night checkin yet attendant was there to welcome us.

The rooms were not very clean, especially the bathrooms. Also, the wifi here is awful, doesn't support even a whatsapp call. The water got finished while taking a shower, and there was a power outage for 40 minster as well.

One of my friend stay there and he forgot something but when he ask again they were very rude and not ready to coperate with them. I am not gonna book again this property and advise you the same

**⭐ 0/5 – Extremely Unprofessional & Rude Staff | Lost Business** I visited **Mapple Stays / FabHotel, IFFCO Chowk, Sector 28** to **block multiple rooms for a wedding function** and was fully prepared to make the payment on the spot. Unfortunately, the experience was so unpleasant that I walked out without confirming the booking. The **reception staff**, especially a person named **Gidu**, was **exceptionally rude, unprofessional, and pathetic in behaviour**. He lacked basic hospitality etiquette, had zero understanding of how to speak to guests, and showed complete disinterest in business. His attitude clearly reflected **inexperience and poor training**. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable, especially when dealing with bulk bookings and event clients. The **management must take serious notice**, as they are **directly losing business due to the rude and careless behaviour of their front-desk staff**. Hotels are remembered not just for rooms, but for how guests are treated—and this place failed miserably on that front.
