I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Fab Arastu. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff was polite and ensured that all my needs were met promptly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant stay in the city.

The Manager Mr. Wase is an amazing person. The staffs are very helpful. The rooms were clean. The food was on time. What is important is the behaviour of people in a new city and we got that. If visiting for sightseeing, contact Mr. Wase and he will guide you in the best manner.

We had a pleasant family stay at Fab Arisu Hotel. The property truly offers value for money considering the rates. The location is excellent, with easy access to the nearby market and railway station, which made it very convenient for us as a family. Although the hotel does not have an in-house kitchen, the staff was extremely courteous and efficient, ensuring food and other requirements were arranged quickly. Their service really stood out and made our family stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room offered all that was needed at this budget, and for the cost, it was a good stay. So I will give 5 stars. Overall, i truly appreciate the hospitality and and would recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable, budgeted stay in a prime location.

Washroom walls are full of molds which are harmful and cockroaches in rooms, faced issue multiple times with room access card and had to call the staff to open the door using master card

The hotel watchman was so rude. He did not let us inside despite saying that we have booked a room online. The room was so stinky, bed spreads were torn, bed sheets were dirty, wash basin was broken. I checked out from the hotel within half an hour from check in. Not worth a penny. Waste of complete money. The hotel was looking somewhat shady and not suitable for family. The receptionist did not even ask for ID proof.

My experience with the stay was quite disappointing overall. The headboard of the bed was untidy, and the bedding provided was torn and unclean that they changed after our request. The washroom area was extremely small and congested, making it uncomfortable to use. The quality of the vegetarian food was also unsatisfactory. In particular, the fried rice had half-cooked vegetables, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, I had to call multiple times from around 8:40 PM to 10:00 PM to provide an extra mattress for our room which was already added during my hotel booking, and it was finally provided after 10:00 PM, which reflects poorly on the room service responsiveness. The only positive aspect of our stay was the receptionist on duty during the 7:00 PM shift. He was courteous, helpful, and provided valuable suggestions for exploring the local area.
