One of the receptionist her name starts from L ( i font know her full ne she was very rude extremely rude and insulted us like anything asking too many personal questions also she told me I can leave the hotel and take my money back , she shouted like anything on us telling that she has full right to sSk anything becasuse of her my experience got very bad and I left hotel one day before yesterday because the aura atmosphere she created for us insulting shouting screaming was unexpectable in front of all other people
I had a lovely stay at Hotel RK International. This Hotel lived up to my expectations with wonderful and most poliet staff, Neat n Clean Rooms, Good Ambience, a relaxed atmosphere, and friendly service by Hotelier. MUST RECOMMEND
Wonderful staffs are very co operative. Fully satisfied for my stay. Receptionist are very calm & explain me every thing about my stay.
Nice accommodating staff. Clean and new rooms. Location is not in busy area, but close to US visa office. Overall satisfied
Breakfast/room/cleanliness - nice place to relax after facing the heat. Given that India is not a country you can walk around easily after a day tour, this hotel is recommended to spend a rest of the day!
This place is ideal for a stay with two people. The rooms are clean, neat, and well-maintained. However, they are a bit compact for three guests (especially if traveling with a child over 3 years old). Occasionally, there was a drainage smell, which could be improved. The location is excellent right on the main road, very close to the visa office and Jio World Centre. The standout feature is the friendly and supportive reception and staff, who made the stay comfortable.
Extremely Disappointed – No Support for Medical Patients and Misleading Information I had a deeply disappointing experience at Fab Grand Heritage Hotel BKC. After a long and tiring journey, we requested early check-in—something that was clearly confirmed by Fab Hotels beforehand, along with assurance that a ground-floor room would be available. Upon arrival, not only was early check-in refused despite our willingness to pay for it, but we were also told there were no rooms on the ground floor. The only available room was on the second floor, which was simply not an option due to medical reasons. What's worse is the complete lack of empathy shown by the staff. Rather than assisting, they were argumentative, dismissive, and spoke in a loud, disrespectful tone. It was heartbreaking to see that even though the medical condition of the guest was visibly apparent, there was no attempt to help or accommodate. There was no compassion, no humanity. India is growing fast economically and culturally, but basic human values like empathy and support—especially for female senior citizens and medical patients—seem to be missing in places like this. It's upsetting to think that in a country known for its hospitality, guests in pain are treated this way. We have a lot to learn from developed countries where care, kindness, and even love for animals are prioritized far more than what we experienced here for human. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those traveling with elderly or ailing family members. A place that cannot show basic human decency is not worth staying at.
Staff was rude. TV not working. Very very rude behaviour. Not happy with staff behaviour. Never ever come again and not to recommend some one to come
We could not stay even 5 minutes and left. There is no window in the room. I asked for refund, but I was told it may not be possible.
Pathetic. Pitch dark power cut and I had to check out and go to a cafe Rather spend more and go to a better hotel than this shithole
