Not clean, bad smell, rude staff , not good ser I have booked with breakfast but staff denied rudely
We have a worst experience of staying at this hotel. Shady rooms , too much dirty, wall putty coming off , cupboards broken and its doors hanging, no footmat, no toiletries kit, dirty bedsheet , bathroom without geyser. In winter we had to take shower with cold water only.
Fab hotels at the last moment changed our booking from the original vintage hotel to a nearby cheaper hotel fab express lotus palace with no kitchen nor any provision of breakfast even though the room charges were inclusive of breakfast.
