One of the most affluent neighbourhoods of Delhi, Saket is located in its southern part. It is a prominent residential and commercial area, attracting a large number of locals and people from outside. Another reason for its significance is the presence of the District Court. Had good experience over all. Staff is so corporative.
Wonderful experience
"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was well-organized and comfortable. I would especially like to mention Mr. Rahil, the manager, who was extremely professional, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. His friendly nature and attention to detail made the experience even better. The staff was also polite, the rooms were clean, and the overall service was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and truly appreciate the hospitality shown by Mr. Rahil and the entire team."
Hotel charge was 1500 due to public holiday, otherwise it was 3500. But as per charges hotel room and service was not okay, I can't give 4 star.
Very bad experience in the hotel wrong location given booked 4 rooms 3 given in one hotel 1 im other
Fraud Alert – Extremely Disappointing Experience This hotel and FabHotels are a complete fraud. We paid an advance amount for a room booking through FabHotels. Later, when we contacted the hotel directly, they clearly told us that they would not honor the booking or the advance payment because they have issues with FabHotels and claimed that ₹20 lakh of their money is stuck with FabHotels. Because of this, they said they are not accepting any bookings made via FabHotels. The hotel asked us to cancel the booking and book directly with them instead. When we contacted FabHotels for a refund, they were absolutely useless. Even after sharing email proofs and screenshots of our conversation with the hotel, FabHotels stopped responding completely. No resolution, no refund, no accountability. Our advance amount is gone, and there is no support from either the hotel or FabHotels. This is blatant cheating and harassment of customers. Such platforms should not be trusted at all. I would never recommend FabHotels to anyone. Save your money and stay away from this scam.
Very bad , no commitment. No towel and soap provided. For small small thing ask someone many times. In the end they say sorry sir, will take care next time. Not recommended this hotel better to stay in bus or station which is better than this hotel. Paid for breakfast but breakfast provided after 8.30 . Please please dnt stay.
Absolutely Disgusting & Unsafe – A Health Hazard, Not a Hotel I was initially given a room that was filthy, reeking of cigarette smoke, and in no condition to be offered to any guest. When I requested a change, the nightmare only deepened. The new room had bedsheets visibly stained with what appeared to be human body fluids. Upon requesting a mattress change, I was horrified to discover that the mattress underneath was stained with blood and other bodily fluids — a revolting and traumatic sight. The washroom was equally unsanitary, and the curtains were marked with gutka stains and spit. It genuinely felt like a serious health risk just to lie down on the bed. This place is not at all suitable for families — in fact, I’d question whether it’s safe for anyone. I immediately checked out of the hotel, and to add insult to injury, my refund is still pending. If you value hygiene, safety, and basic human dignity — avoid this hotel at all costs. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.
Honest Review – A Disappointing Experience This has been, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I’ve had so far. We had to urgently book a hotel due to an appointment elsewhere, and this property was locked in at the last moment. Our first mistake was paying for in advance without checking the room. The room provided was extremely cramped and uncomfortable. The condition of the room was unacceptable: Seepage on the walls Poorly maintained bathroom Overall lack of cleanliness and upkeep The staff service was unprofessional and apathetic, and made the experience even worse. To be fair, the food was decent but the tea was one of the worst I’ve ever had. Strong Recommendation: We had booked this property in an emergency but to anyone reading this: Even in an emergency, avoid this hotel. Delay your plans, pay extra elsewhere, but do not check in here unless you want to severely compromise on comfort, cleanliness, and basic service quality.
