I went to ( Hotel floyd stay ) with my family, and it gave us excellent family-friendly services. The staff was amiable and consistently made sure I was comfortable. I will stay there when I come back!

Hotel was not at all up to Fab hotel standards. Room was not clean - there were cockroaches and even a rat. There was no provision for food as the cook was on leave. Check in was only done after full payment. All in all, not at all value for money and would never stay here again.

Very rude behaviour, lift out of order . Worst hotel, worst experience. Even tried calling fab helpline , which you guys wont answer and respond.Never again gonna book in fab hotels. Receptionist was arrogant and completely misbehaving it completely misutilzing customer rights they do not intimate anything and Reception lock the door for harassing for money to the customer i have paid 3360 rupees for 1 day due to there misacknowledging me

We are tour operators based in New Delhi and booked the accomodation for our clients. The clients didn't checkin and left the property as soon as they saw it. While we have initiated a refund process, we advise you to change the digital pictures of the property to match it to the real depiction. Otherwise, this may result in loss of business to Fab hotels.

Room not as per their name and hype. Third class room quailty Bisleri water bottle were refilled by them. Not a pre packed mineral water Damaged tv hanged in the room No proper soap or anything arranged

I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life at GK Residency. I booked this property through MakeMyTrip for 4th. The hotel contacted me on WhatsApp multiple times before arrival, confirmed the booking, and even asked for my live location while I was travelling. When I reached the hotel around 11:00 PM, they suddenly said no normal rooms were available and only a suite was left. They forced me to pay an extra 1500 even though my booking was already confirmed. It was late at night and I had no other option, so I had to argue and finally pay extra. I contacted MakeMyTrip immediately and they had to speak to the property directly. Even after that, the staff kept asking for vouchers and behaved very unprofessionally. The room condition was extremely poor the toilet was dirty, not cleaned properly, and overall the room looked unhygienic and poorly maintained. This experience felt like a pressure tactic to force guests to pay more after arrival. Very disappointing service and extremely unprofessional behaviour. I would strongly advise others to be careful before booking this property.

u all are cheater....and fraud..... and fab hotel a 97 harasing us... take money total 7800 except 1550 which i have already paid to you... which payment link sent by saif ali... my booking total payment was 6200.. but i have paid total of 9300 .. which is not acceptable.. hotel incharge harsing us for payment .. i will not tolarate this. and the saif ali who is another fraud guy.. who didnot attend anycall of mine after payment .. i will give this mail to higher authority also.. fabhotel and fab a 97. both harasing us .. threat us to give payment .. plz give me total 3300 of refund .. other wise i will take initiative..

cozy hotel , very unhygienic and not in maintenance. i have seen dirty things left in washroom and not clean .yak

Worst hotel i stood till now, all photos are fake, we had a booking of 3 night but we checked out in the day one.
